房間很大，打掃得也相當乾淨。我們10點多到的，但下雨，管家很快就安排我們提前入住了。房間有冰箱廚具等，可以自己最簡單餐食。電視是機頂盒，可惜不能看奧運會：）

環境優美，乾淨衞生，空間還行，有大冰箱，服務周到。遺憾的是房間內的煤氣爐不能用，空調是換風不製冷。

去年暑期來過一次，體驗非常棒，今年暑期的首選還是這裏，風景環境非常好，但是這次卻在入住和充電上遇到了問題。
客房：卧室內地上全是蚊蟲，很奇怪入住前沒人打掃。酒店客房聯繫人給打掃，我們因此不得在外面多呆了一個多小時，當天還在下雨。另外客房淋浴全是涼水，真心對不起這入住價格。
充電問題：去年入住時還有不少充電樁開放，雖然是慢充，但夠用。這次過來居然衹剩兩個慢充能用，那麼多新能源車都在排隊。當然最後我們也不可能充上，附近最近景區充電過去也得大半個小時，真的很無語。

住過好幾次了，特意評價一下：
1.進門被停車攔住了，問報備了麼，不懂是什麼，打了半天電話，手機又沒有信號，最後説攜程定的不需要
2.正因為不是第一次來，辦入住走了三個地方才搞定，沒有明顯路牌
3.房間還是一股裝修味兒，衞生間捲紙衹有一點點，少的可憐

這是第三次來海坨山。住的是9棟，是最後一排，沒有上次住的位置好，看不到天鵝湖！希望下次能住進28或29棟就更好了！山谷風景確實美！尤其是爬到1473咖啡屋，整個海坨山谷的全貌盡收眼底！非常壯觀！而且非常涼快！是避暑勝地！
