11點上來問我續住不，我説等下下樓説。我12點40多下去告訴我超時了40多分，扣錢，我説行吧你們扣吧，主要我開房在其他地方，基本上都是2點退房，我説我知道你們扣吧，平台67定的好像，超時44分鐘説扣我50，我不樂意結果東打電話西打電話説扣我30。感覺這處的賊噁心，錢不多，感覺老不爽

這個酒店我真服了，是我住過最差的一個，我一整個大無語，被單上黃不拉幾的不知道是什麼東西，我也不敢説它是什麼，住這幾天根本沒蓋，也沒向他們説什麼，就自己將就着，空調開開了有時候還會冒出一股異味，這些本來都不想説，大體過去彼此都退一步就好了，沒想到還有這麼無語的事，住酒店時候買奶茶，不小心弄撒了，濺到牆上了，要我們賠錢，好確實是我們的錯，賠，要70！我看你那塊牆要不修的不換的，上面也有那麼一大片印子我也沒看你換，又要上門費又要牆紙費的，好了我們賠了，本想就這麼算了，也不想再扯出什麼事了，回家我們發現充電器忘記拿了，給酒店打電話問他，説在，我瞬間就無語了，知道把我們叫回去賠錢，就知道要錢了，收拾衞生時候明明就看見充電器了，叫回去賠錢為什麼不直接給我們，我們自己又找快遞去上門取件，給他打電話，讓他幫給快遞員一下，他嫌我們煩了，説我們自己去取不就行了嗎，意思麻煩他們了，我們自己要能去我們能不去嗎?我們還找快遞幹什麼?而且我們是上門取件！就讓他給快遞員就可以，什麼態度，對我們不耐煩！人家錢就不是錢了，你這錢可知道卡卡往回收了，而且幫一下能怎麼樣?
