Amazing place!! Can’t say enough about how friendly the staff was, accommodating to non Spanish speaking guests. The food around the hotel was probably some of the best food I’ve ever eaten, ever.

Brand new hotel on top of an apartment tower (floors 21-27) beautiful rooms, great views, clean comfortable rooms and restaurant, but NO service, no one to greet you when you get there, good luck finding the hotel and front desk on your own.

Desde la llegada con el valet parking que ni habia y tener q ir a estacionarme lejos, no te ayudan con las maletas, room service me llevaron el cafe frio, estaba tapada la regadera de la habitación y en el desayuno se equivocaron en lo que pedi.
Tienen mucho que mejorar, se disculparon pero de un detalle a otro fue cansado.
