I haven't tried Ganchai's standard, rude, no service, and I owe Zuoqu Digan, I am staying in Ganchai in Canada, I have never tried to stay in Ganchai Hotel, to tell the truth, I would rather go to Xunjie than to go again, There is a man who has money and money. Old hotel, the linens smelled a little, housekeeping was not available everyday and the entrance carpet smelled old and lime mouldy. But the staff are kind and accomodating

Our check in was easy and quick with Benjamin. Our room was cute and comfortable. We loved all the pieces of history on display.

Really nice little hotel. Limited food options in that street and nothing close by walking distance opened until 10 or 11 am. Lots of homeless around, caught some breaking in to my car when I went out to get something. Other than that I have no complaints about the hotel. Would stay again

Apparently you can have a modern hotel or a more vintage experience in this hotel. We opted for a more historical room. The hotel is over 100 years old. I believe it was built in 1908? It has a lot of character and is in a great location near many restaurants and other points of interest. I was really happy with my stay here.

Small, poorly appointed bathroom. Too much corridor light coming in under the entrance and through the transom window above the door.
Unique historic main lobby - interesting character.
Overall not good value.
