The Regalia Munnar

Awesome stay at the resort. Well maintained rooms and surroundings. I like the quality of the rooms and accessories. Really goods and supportive staff. Really good and tasty foods, especially the breakfast. Such a beautiful property near chinnakanal. Thank you for the hospitality.

It was a great experience at regalia munnar. Good hospitality & staff were really helpful. The hotel offered restaurant facility which was really nice. They arranged travel facility to kolukkumalai which was very convenient for us.

Rooms are ok and spacious. Kids friendly. Food quantity provided is less and average taste breakfast buffet is not so complete. It would have been better if they included omlette, fruits. Both lunch and dinner are ala karte, should have added paid buffet in either of lunch or dinner. Overall place, food and service is ok.

There is not definite view of the lake from the property. The soaps kept the washroom seemed used, and the food was very highly priced

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, very well maintained property. Value for money. The customer service was excellent. Food is bit expensive

Hotel The Regalia Resort Munnar is beautifully situated in Chinnakanal, about 23 km from Munnar city. Nestled amidst nature on top of a small hill, the location offers a serene escape. However, reaching the hotel comes with a unique challenge—a mini natural waterfall flows across the path to the reception, which can be frustrating as you can't avoid getting your shoes wet while crossing it. The rooms were cozy, and the bathrooms were clean, which we appreciated. Hot water was available, which was essential given how chilly it gets at night and in the early morning. With no nearby restaurants, dining at the hotel was our only option, but the food was to our liking. While the spread wasn’t lavish, it was sufficient, and I highly recommend trying the Kerala Parotta. The staff was obedient and quick to respond to our needs, which made our stay comfortable. Despite the quirks, overall, it was a great stay, and we enjoyed the peaceful, natural surroundings.

1. Cleanliness: the room we were given was not properly cleaned. We found dust on the surfaces and stains on the bedding. The bathroom also had a persistent moldy smell. 2. Service: the staff were unhelpful and often unresponsive. We requested assistance multiple times but received no follow-up. It felt like customer service was not a priority
