The environment is quiet, and it is a very comfortable, comfortable and relaxing place. I like being away from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles and staying close to the city. The breakfast is rich and there is 24-hour tea and coffee supply on the first floor. The parking is convenient, safe and free. I will consider it again next time. Prefer this one

Stayed here for 3 nights to attend a high school reunion. It is conveniently located in a quiet location and close to the freeways. Stayed on the 4th floor. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We had the daily breakfast which had a nice selection. Annie at the front desk was great. She was very friendly and helpful. Marco in the breakfast area was great too. He was very friendly and attentive. He kept everything clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked a King Suite, Corner room in mid-August in order to attend an event at the Convention Center. We had mixed feelings about this hotel (this applies to this stay only as previous stays have been wonderful), so, I'll break it out between the good and the bad. The Good: - The room was spacious - The King corner suite was quiet. Unlike other hotels in the area, we were unable to hear other guests moving around or talking. Nor were we able to hear any noise from the hallways (unlike the Holiday Inn or the Azure). - It had two vanities (key when I travel with my daughter) - The room contained two refrigerators (great for storing waters and snacks) - A nice desk and small dining table were provided in the room; so, places to sit were plentiful. - There were two closets which was great (particularly when traveling with my daughter) - The bathroom had a LARGE spa tub and a walk-in shower. Both were very much appreciated as with my bad knee, I cannot easily use a shower/tub combo. - The hotel provided little shampoos, conditioners, lotions, etc. which were very nice. - The staff was very friendly - we interacted with the front desk, the lobby bar, the breakfast restaurant and the lobby Starbucks. Everyone was professional and friendly. - The food and drinks were very good (we ate at the lobby bar and the breakfast restaurant off of the lobby). - The restrooms off of the lobby were immaculate. The Bad: - The room's cleanliness left a bit to be desired and maid service was not provided during our stay (we checked in on a Thursday and didn't leave until Sunday). There were stains and drips on the wall paper and the carpeting felt sort of grimy. However, the bedding appeared very clean. - We were only provided with a 1/2 roll of toilet paper for our stay (two women). We actually had to call the front desk to be brought toilet paper. - The television had issues and kept reverting to the guest screen. - The bathtub's stopper would not stay in place. - The decor in the room was extremely outdated and the carpeting could only be described as YEECH! - The hotel entrances closest to our room were not disabled friendly (I have a bad knee / ankle and stairs can be an issue). To find an entrance that did not include a flight of stairs (not kidding), we had to park a considerable distance from our room. This was extremely disappointing in this day and age especially when I booked a room with a walk-in shower. - There was no ability to look at the charges from the room; nor was there an in-room checkout procedure. One needs to actually go down to the lobby, stand in line and wait. Technology is obviously not a priority at this hotel. - This is minor, but it would've been nice if there were electric charging stations for vehicles; particularly when they charge $15 per car per night. - There was only 1 tiny waste basket in the bathroom (none in the kitchen or bedroom area) and 1 tiny recycling basket (we do appreciate the recycling efforts) by

This hotel is a must stay!! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and welcoming for my toddler and I! You walk into the lobby and are greeted with beautiful fireplace and inviting sofa. The staff are extremely polite and take the time to know you! The room was spacious with a microwave, wet bar, good size mini fridge, a small dinning table, a work desk and ergonomic chair, and a living room! All of the appliances were immaculate! The carpet might need a wash but no smell or stains! My son loved the pull out sofa! To my shock when taking out the sofa cushions I was pleased to see how clean it was! Usually there's crumbs or old food under cushions but no just clean and decent size pull out bed! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and hot! But for mom's favorite part, the bathtub!! Yhe only complaint is that I wish the tub had jets!! Spacious and relaxing and the water temperature as hot as you could stand°° Amazing!!! Second time staying at Ayres Hotel chain and I will now only be booking family trips here! Thank you!!

Complete facilities, sufficient parking spaces, good surrounding environment

I am very satisfied with this brand of chain store. I have stayed in different places. The price is moderate and the facilities are new and clean.

From the beginning of the stay to the end, we were in complete dissatisfaction with the way we were treated. We were encouraged by the great reviews on Google and on hotels.com of this location, but unfortunately do not believe what everyone says. Don’t be fooled! After we checked into our hotel we went to get food. After we got food and returned back to our hotel, we noticed that there were blood stains on our bed sheets and comforter, upon looking closely. We were obviously disgusted by this and did not want to use the bedding if it had blood in it, so we called the front desk at that time. The lady at the front desk said that she is very sorry and that she cannot have a maid replace the sheets because there were no maids at that time.Then I asked for a new set of sheets and bedding so that I could replace it myself. The lady said that she will send over the bed sheets as soon as possible. A guy who looks like a new hire by the name of “Colby, Colvy, or Toby” (one of those names, the hotel staff declined to confirm which one), arrived at our hotel room in about 10 or 15 minutes. With an attitude from when we opened our door to greet him, he gave us just the bare set of inner sheets. Upon receiving the sheets, I asked, “Could we get a comforter?”. He responded back saying, “you didn't ask for a comforter, I am giving you bed sheets.” I said back to him, “we need a comforter because the bloody bed sheets touched the comforter hence we would need all new bedding.” With extreme disrespect and rudeness, he said he will go get it. When he returned with the comforter in hand I had the old sheets that had blood on it, all wrapped up. Then he gives me the comforter. I asked him “what do you want me to do with the bloody bed sheets”, and he said “I don't know what you want me to do with it. It's not my job. You know, I am doing you a favor by bringing you these things right now, this isn't even my job, I work at the front desk.” Obviously I was very upset at this and I found this to be extremely unprofessional as the hotel had blood on the sheets, and they should do anything to fix it and to make sure that we are happy. Obviously in this case this employee did not care. When I replied back saying “that this is a problem that needs to be fixed and whoever's working at the hotel needs to be able to help me and not be rude to me, I was replied back with a statement that I would be kicked out for being too disrespectful. Along with this, this individual decided to curse at me and once he started cursing at me, with fear of safety because my girlfriend was also in the bedroom I closed the door and locked it. Despite me closing the door and locking it, this man continued to curse me out and it seems like he almost wanted to fight me saying “F*ck this and f*ck that, come on man, it's like that?!” Then I give a call to the front desk and the same lady answers again, I explain the whole situation and she apologizes. The Sales Team Chihiro and Kimberly were professional, eager to help and very effective in meeting our needs for the 4-day 70 person training we held there. The ballroom was perfect for our event and our attendees enjoyed their stay in the rooms.

It was a great stay the beds are comfortable the staff is very friendly and helpful the rooms are very spacious and clean it had everything we needed the suites came with top stove and they works so well we cooked full meals and I loved how we can borrow appliances like blenders waffle makers and more at the front desk we made sopes and empanadas I want to say the best part that i absolutely loved would have to be the soap the have the dove brand for hand soap lotion body wash conditioner and shampoo it was absolutely wonderful to feel like your actually at home
