It's too remote. There is only one restaurant next to it. It's not open on Saturdays and Sundays. It only sells food at noon from Monday to Friday. The front desk service is poor. I stayed for a week and didn't even change the sheets in the middle.

Not impressed!
No restaurant, no bar, non-working air conditioning (no remote), nothing in the mini-bar, a lift the size of a matchbox (couldn't get in with suitcases)... how this hotel can be rated 10/10 is a mystery to me.
One of our party uses a wheelchair and, although there is a ramp, the adjacent car parking space is so close, we couldn't use it and had to bump up the steps instead.
The staff were OK-ish, though not what I would call particularly warm or friendly, but helpful enough to provide directions to a local ATM, supermarket and restaurant.
I was also asked how I was going to pay, despite having paid in full.
The room was what I would describe as "adequate", in that it was clean and contained the beds we expected but there were no tea/coffee making facilities provided.
All in all, we were not impressed.

Perfect hotel, best management in Chisinau, very clean, very warm, exceptional services, very good breakfast. A little bit far from the center but there is a bus nearby. Spotless, very clean. Friendly receptionists Will return there with pleasure many times.

Good place for the money they charge. Employees were super friendly. Hotel is perfect if you need to stay a day or so until you continue your trip. 10 minutes drive from North Bus Station and 25 from the airport. Receptionist Elena made me a box with my breakfast, which was so nice)

Странный отель. Брать номера здесь не советую. Забронировали улучшеный номер- дали стандарт эконом. Раковина разбита, душевая кабинка сгнила, на мусорном бачке в ванной комнате следы мочи от предыдущих жильцов. Кондиционер размещен прямо над кроватью. Так что либо терпите жару, либо простуду. Бесплатного завтрака мы не дождались, но когда захотели налить чашечку кофе прибежал алминистратор и потребовал заплатить. Хорошо что хоть попить дали бесплатно.

Это что то невообразимое! Позиционируется с 4*..да это хотел какой то. Шум в номере, рядом проезжая часть. Кондиционер не работает, даже элементарно не дали бутылочку воды. Не говоря о чайнике. Позор
