Large lobby with plenty seat in waiting area.
Fast check-in and check-out.

I prefer international brand hotel. The style and renovation is good, and the use of the fixture and furniture is with high quality.

Nice location for early flight, quiet for good sleep. Would be great to complete the trip with final relaxation in onsen.

Hotel staff are helpful. We have forgotten the iPad in the room and the staff helped us find and keep it. We got it back before leaving Hokkaido.

Overall great hotel , we book 4 singles bed room , very hard to get big room in Japan , it takes 10min walk from Chitose JR Station , breakfast good verities. definitely will stay here if have early or late flight

clean room, superb service, hotel about 400meters away from Chitose Station(10mins walk). 10mins by taxi away from New Chitose Airport. 7-11 right across the street.

Hotel very clean and new. Nice decoration. Easy to find and very convenience to restaurant and 7-11.
Guest room and bathroom is big and very clean.

Booked the hotel through Trip.Com.. definitely value for money @Y8500/night.. size of room slightly bigger than Route Inn which is further up the road nearer the train station & comes with breakfast. Best Western just located further down the same road. Hotel Reception very efficient & helpful. Seven Eleven & Restaurant just next to the hotel.
