"1. Close to New Chitose Airport.
2. Good breakfast
3. walking distance to a family mart and a nice Japanese Barbeque Restaurant
4. Provide free shuttle service to the airport during morning which is an added point
5. Service free coffee
6. The stay is quite satisfactory"
"The location is great, just a five-minute walk from Chitose Station. The air conditioner in the room was an old, vintage model, even older than a window unit, which was quite an experience, haha. The front desk staff were warm and professional. While the hardware (physical facilities) were just okay, the software (service) was excellent. Overall, I still recommend it."
"Bed is too small for 2 persons.
This hotel is located very near Chitose station.
Many types of food are available, and I would recommend Victoria Station for western foods and its generous salads."
"The hotel is at an excellent location, just next to JR station, 7 minutes by train to airport. Super convenient.
As we needed to reach airport early in the morning,we asked the staff if there would be any taxi at 5.30am. The lady gave us non- commital answers and said hotel couldn’t help to call taxi. Fortunately, we did get taxi at 5.30am just right outside hotel as there is a taxi stand there."
"The unit is clean and spacious, with facilities quite new and satisfying a family stay. The rooms are pretty the same as shown on the website. Though the location is a little remote, but it’s near a train station and quite easy to get a taxi using apps like GO. It’s sad that the nearby outlet is not open fully, with most of its shops closed. We had a wonderful stay and our family enjoyed our stay very much!"
"Our tatami room was quite spacious. There was even enough room for kids to sleep on futons, making it great for family trips. Breakfast was average. The surrounding area is pretty rural, which is understandable given it's Chitose. For future stays, I'd prefer a location closer to the city center."
"Great hotel in CTS airport! This hotel offers spacious rooms and we can go to an airport onsen in just 5 mins of walking (free of charge for hotel guess). The hotel breakfast is yummy and has a lot of options to offer. I like this hotel 😍"
"Being a luxury transit hotel, Portom really nailed it. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with such attentive service. Special shout-out to a young lady named Miss 吳, who helped us with check-in and gave us a quick room tour. She was so observant and attentive—even without us asking. You can really feel her sense of ownership and professionalism in the way she handles her job. Soft-spoken, gentle, yet clear and firm in her role. She was so good that I felt I had to write this review for her!
Other than that, the hotel impressed me in so many ways. It’s beautifully designed, with lots of thoughtful details everywhere. I really enjoyed both the software and hardware. I’d definitely come back again, and I’d happily recommend it to others.
This hotel is truly a piece of art. every detail feels so well-thought-out!"
"The hotel location is a bit far from JR Chitose station if you are walking with your luggage because the pave road is not smooth. You can take a bus to the hotel cause there’s a bus stop right in front.
The hotel breakfast is great. Really enjoyed it. And hotel provide shuttle to airport or JR station in the morning. Just need to book it when you check in."
"The service is very good. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. I don't understand the language, but they also served us very enthusiastically🥰 and helped us store our luggage for a day.
But I don't know why the room has a peculiar smell. It's not smoke. It may be that the previous guests hung clothes at the ventilator. The peculiar smell is very strong.
Other than that, the room is very clean and the bed is very soft.
Is there a sheet under the quilt of the bed? Or something else. When you lift the quilt, it will fall out with the quilt. I don't know what the specific function is😂 I only slept for one night. The experience was good except for the peculiar smell."

曾曾This time I was staying in their annex building. The whole building has 5 rooms on two floors. There is a bar on the first floor, where guests can drink freely. The hot spring is in their main building, and there is a business car to pick you up. The waiter is very nice. But it is recommended to book their dinner in advance, because when we went there was off-season, there was no restaurant in Lake Shikotsu that opened at night, and there was no convenience store.
GGuest UserIt was about 10 minutes walk from the station, but there was a convenience store next door. I was saved by responding as soon as I contacted you. The room was clean and easy to use
