Truly a world class onsen resort! My partner and I booked a 2 night stay and was truly taken care of with dignity by ALL of the staff members we've interacted with. The minute we drove into the compound, our car was politely taken over by the valet staff, and luggages handled by their concierge - we literally completed check in without the hassle of finding a parking spot or dragging our luggages around. Every staff member, and I truly mean all of them, made sure they greeted you and ensured that you have everything you need. I highly recommend going for the Kaiseki Meal at the Japanese restaurant within the compound. We were taken care of by 中谷-san, who does his best to converse with us in English and made sure we know what we're consuming. Food was delicious, well-plated and very fresh. One thing to note - this is a superbly well-maintained onsen resort that probably has been established for many years now. Given the age of the facility, you won't be finding modern fixtures like USB outlets and cable TV in the room. Nevertheless, the beautiful and well-kept interiors would certainly make up for that. You'll also find amenities like sewing kit, nail clipper and even indigestion medicine (wow!) in case you ever need them. Highly recommended if you're in Hokkaido!

Mr. Daiichi Hotei has used it many times in Jozankei, but he used Suizantei in Lake Shikotsu, which he had been interested in for the first time. However, is the glass in the room from the previous customer? It was dirty and I felt uncomfortable and couldn't use it. Supper ･･･ I used seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido, and I was very satisfied with the number and taste of the items. This was made of homemade tofu, and the soy milk was sweet and delicious. When I made a reservation, I was lost in the 8-minute or 10-minute course and decided to take the 8-minute course, but it was a good amount for me. The speed of serving the food was also suitable for us who did not drink alcohol, and we were able to serve the food at the best timing. The explanation of the food was also solid, and I had a good time. At this time, I had a supper for a night meal. It's a nice service like a lunch box. I had a midnight snack in my room. Breakfast ･･･ There were several kinds of homemade tofu, and the taste of tofu was strong and delicious. However, it was a pity that one plate of fish was cold and hard. Hot spring ･･･ It seems that it is a hot water with beautiful skin, and the thick and soft hot water makes the skin smooth. There is also a free ice candy in the large communal bath, which is a nice service after the bath. This hotel has rooms with hot springs, and the large communal bath is small, but it was not crowded. I also had a specialty water coffee in the lounge the next morning. I used Shikoko Suishantei for the first time, but the staff 々 kept smiling, and the hospitality was very transmitted, and I was able to stay slowly. Also, it became １ of the hotel I want to visit again.

I stayed in the Bon Festival for a long time. It is only the highest peak of the Tsuruya Resort, and it is very luxurious such as decoration in the building. It was a space like an art museum such as a stacked wall in the lobby and earthenware and sculpture owned by the museum. The room uses suite sky resort. There are main roads and parking lots in front of you on the top floor of the 4 floor, but the view was good with the panoramic view of Lake Shiho and the distant mountains. The room was also a room with a room of 100 ㎡ over 々, and the open-air bath was satisfied with a large bath where four adults put in. All inclusive service allows you to eat all sake, drinks and snacks. I also handled champagne and ordered it many times during my stay. The meal is Japanese kaiseki and iron plate yaki, and it is also used in two places. We used high-class ingredients such as seasonal ingredients and sea urchin kinki, and it was delicious. The service side needs to be improved a little. * Compared to the previous time, the weekend was full, and the timing of the arrangement was slow. * Taxi arrangement time mistake (it was good because I checked in the morning and was in time...) * I bring it with a bottle without ice pale or plug at the time of champagne request... * It is the second stay this year, but I was asked to describe the inn book I received the impression that some men at the front desk were unfriendly ＆ I couldn't get a little cooperation. Just a comfortable stay to cover it, so I would like to use it again.

We arrived early i. e before the checked in time but the hotel allowed us to check-in and leave our luggage. They transferred all our luggage into our rooms. The room was compact but have all the basic amenities. The location is within a reasonable walking distance and easy to identify from the Chitose Station. Overall, we had a pleasant stay with the Hotel.

Booked the hotel through Trip.Com.. definitely value for money @Y8500/night.. size of room slightly bigger than Route Inn which is further up the road nearer the train station & comes with breakfast. Best Western just located further down the same road. Hotel Reception very efficient & helpful. Seven Eleven & Restaurant just next to the hotel.

We have stayed at hotels located in or very near major airports. Some have been good, but we have found those actually in the airport usually practice treating guests as prisoners who don’t have other good options. Service there is usually average at best and care of the property is often marginal. Not so with the Sapporo Portom International. We wish every major airport in the world had a hotel just like it. It is new, modern, comfortable, well maintained, and run by a professional helpful staff. Our room was a Superior Twin, a typical shoe-box shaped hotel room, this one on the big side. Those who frequent hotels know the typical shoe box room will suffice as long as it’s clean and the water is hot, but you also probably notice some owners do a lot more than others with their rooms to make guests comfortable. This room has all the latest high tech, from lights to tv to curtains to outlets for charging. There’s a safe, fridge, and nespresso coffee maker. The bathroom has a little wet room with separate tub and shower. However, unlike many Japanese hotel wet rooms we encountered, the shower was western style (rather than the onsen-style with both shower and faucet, sitting stool and big bowl). However, if you want an onsen bath, the real thing can be accessed on the 4th floor of the hotel where there is everything you need to cleanse and then soak in a public bath of hot mineral water. The hotel also appears to be designed to facilitate quiet and rest. It’s purposely dimly lit and located at one end of the international terminal away from other airport services. It has black-out curtains. The location, which helps keep it quiet, is about 15-minutes' walk from the domestic terminal where most of the airport’s services are located (just a Lawson's convenience store nearby the hotel as well as a Visitor Welcome Center type place). Even if your itinerary doesn’t take you to the domestic terminal side of the airport, if you have time, you’ll likely want to peruse the many shops and restaurants over there. If you’re technology challenged, make sure to quiz the staff member who accompanies you to your room on room features and how they work. At checkout we were provided an airport cart and they loaded our luggage on it for us. This cart together with moving walkways between the international and domestic terminals removed a lot of the burden of crossing the airport on foot with luggage. We wanted to avoid rushing from the Sapporo city center to catch a 40-minute train or taxi to the airport for an early morning flight. The Sapporo Portom International was perfect, plus it afforded us a final onsen experience in Japan. Please build more.

I am very satisfied with the room, the public bath and the breakfast. I stayed at several hotels at the age of 1000, but this route inn is the best. The room was a comfortable room with an airweave bed. Airweave is only supported by top athletes and can sleep very comfortable. I recommend staying in the airweave room even if the accommodation fee becomes a little higher. The awakening is the best like a lie. It is also impressed with the public bath. It is comfortable here because the air in the dressing room is clean and clean 々 and there is no steaming feeling. Is it because it works with nanoe? Breakfast with a lot of items is delicious with white rice. There was an explanation using Hokkaido rice. Only one thing that felt good was the start time of breakfast at 6:30. If the plane from Shin Chitose Airport is before ８, it will be hard to eat breakfast in a hurry. I feel that there are many people who think it would be good if it started at 6:10 at least. It is a hotel with no stress at all.

A great hotel on the way to the airport, stayed for one night, the hotel is not big, the rooms are also tiny but everything is necessary. The hotel is near the subway branch, you can get to the center or airport if the flight is not very early. The staff was very responsive, we were with ski equipment, we were allowed to leave it down to not drag it into the room, so we asked to call a taxi in the morning that would take us with the equipment, the taxi was exactly at the time. There is a thermal pool on the first floor, as well as everything necessary up to the haircut. Nearby, a huge supermarket and one stop atlet. On the last day we managed everything)

Super spacious clean room with well maintained bathtub. Has an Aeon Mall nearby, about 5-7mins walk. Some eateries too including KFC. Sadly, hotel stopped airport transfers. About 10-15 mins walk from subway station. When we arrived, had to drag our luggage through the thick snow roads was an absolutely horrendous experience. Thank god we found luggage forwarding services & the rest of journey was so much at ease without our luggage.

Pros: 1. Hotel is conveniently located in the Domestic airport terminal. The lift actually brings you directly to the arrival/departure hall 2. Free breakfast & Onsen 3. Get to see the planes up close. Runway is right outside the window 4. Near to shopping street Cons: 1. Hotel is a bit old (it’s clean though), need to use physical keys to open door kind 2. Domestic terminal closes at 11.30pm, so must make sure to reach before then. All other shops and convenient stores closes early
