This hotel is more like a lodge or **********. Staff is not professional. Rooms are big in size, however, lacking a lot of things which anyone would expect in a hotel. They provided early check in easily, but when asked for extra bed, they provided thin foam mattress which was useless. There is no food facility in the hotel. Overall, they are okay, but needs to improve a lot.

The room was average. There was no ventilation in the room. The bathroom was not up to the mark, it can be better maintained. Overall the upkeep was average there is scope for vast improvement in case they want customer to re-visit or recommend to others

Lift isn't working & you have to take stare till 3rd & fourth floor, don't have idea about other rooms but mine has sort of ventilation issue as window opens to others wall. Otherwise it would be excellent experience with this price range.

It was first time i got accommodated at golden pearl hotel; as the name says, this hotel is star in nature with all exquisite facilities like hot water, double cot bed, and other facilities; the manager was so friendly and courteous; also the room boy was so caring and supportive too; to sum up, i had a wonderful stay; would recommend this hotel name to all my friends and relatives who may plan their journey to tirupathi: on my part, i look forward to visiting this hotel again in 2024; thank you for your hospitality, all the main and the supporting staff & golden pearl; special credit goes to my niece who introduced me to this awesome hotel. The hotel was very clean and very good workers there. Breakfast was fresh and very tasty (we especially liked the puris ). Personal of the hotel was polite and helpful. We arrived around 9am and they checked in us in anyway and gave us breakfast for free (complementary) we were very surprised and grateful to the staff. Big Thanks to the hotel Janas in Tirupati 🙏

Excellent hospitality … extremely courteous staff. Best location in Tirupati…. Especially if you are going to Tirumala.. Did not try the restaurant though, but heard the food is awesome. Beautiful bright rooms… with very comfortable bed…. Neat & clean sheets etc
