One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Staying in a tent was so cool (and it’s surprisingly big!), and everything inside is so comfortable. We could view and hear so many animals from the balcony. The activities were so much fun and we learned a lot from our guide Suman. Everyone from the staff was so caring and attentive, it was the best hotel service I’ve ever had. And the food they serve is absolutely delicious. If I could give 6 stars I would!!!

Very good hotel/resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. very friendly and attentive staff, food is excellent and they were very accommodating and considerate towards our special requests /dietary restrictions. Hotel premises are lush green and very relaxing ambience. Hotel owner was around to personally check on all guests. The hotel arranged all our local activities including safari, which was quite convenient. A minor point is that floors in rooms were not very clean. Nevertheless, we had a good time during our stay there.

Mr. Bikash Rana a General Manager makes our trip so very wonderful and lovely, I found so much of Leadership from him. ”The Aikwa Hotel exceeded all of my expectations during my recent visit to Chitwan. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was exceptional. The welcome, the welcome drinks and the smile they provided was amazing and best ever I had in my life... Every staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, they all treat me so very sound and perfect. Ms. Kabita Chaudhary a restaurant Captain provide us best service with amazing 360° smile. Much appreciated to Ms. Kabita Chaudhary. Thank you Mr. Ramesh Shrestha for yummy yummy food, haven't meet you personally but i am so impressed with you by food which your team made for us. Next time will surely come to stay your Hotel. Once again thank you Mr. Bikash Rana for your warm welcome and best hospitality. Highly Recommended to the world! Cheers....

My wife and I traveled from the US and stayed at this location from March 28th - 30th 2023. The location and ameneties at the hotel were excellent. Even better was the service and friendliness of the staff at the hotel. On our arrival, we were very warmly greeted by the team. Pramod and Rupa were the management staff who helped us with our checkin, stay and giving us the tour of the property. Chitra, with his ever smiling face, served us our meals during our stay. Head Chef Hitender ensured that the meals were delicious and prepared with care. Buddhi was our knowledgeable guide who took us on a boat ride, jeep safari, and jungle walk. Santosh was our driver who brought us from the airport to the hotel took us on a jeep safari. We were able to see a Bengal Tiger, Rhinocerous, Deer and many other wildlife during our safari through Chitwan National Forest. We were also treated to a traditional dinner and dance event on the second night of our stay. A very special Thanks to the entire team ay Meghauli Sarai in making our stay enjoyable and memorable!

What a fabulous experience. Really can't fault anything at all. Lovely jungle resort; totally unique rooms; professional, knowledgable and friendly staff. Everything is covered. Delicious food - excellent selections of drinks - sun-downers boat trip - day time safari and a great surprise in a special night-time safari. Well, private dinning in the beautiful gardens a short walk from the main area. Always hit and miss on the safari's. But saw gharial crocodiles, elephants, so many types of birds I can't remember, deer and, almost too close for comfort, a group of Rhino's and a very young calf. Incredible experience.

We have stayed at the Riverbank Jungle Resort over yhe last 5 days and starting from checking in late, and I mean really late at night to all the way on pulling off a 4 day wedding bash, the staff here has been impeccable. And to top it off we had Mr. Babu the head naturalist of the resort taking us on throuhg a cultural journey from showing us Tharu dance, the history of Chitwan and lastly in a amazing jungle safari through the Chitwan National Park. Out of words in giving these guys a rating, make sure to definitely check them out if you are in Chitwan.
