I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Chitwan! It's truly great value for money. The breakfast was healthy and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The 24-hour service means you can ask for anything at any time, which was very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the housekeeping was flawless. I highly recommend booking a room by the pool for a more relaxing and enjoyable experience. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The front desk has been incredibly nice and helpful and was very helpful in advice specially Mr.Basu. Parking is so big. Hotel was very clean as well as the room. All the precaution are applied by each and every staff like face mask, face shield, temperature check & sanitization are taken as priority upon arrival. Swimming pool is located at 6th floor which is just awesome with the city view.. i will recommend all to visit once.

On the way from Kadu to Chitwan, we have been contacting the hotel through Ctrip customer service to pick us up when we arrived, but the customer service has not been contacted by the hotel. I did not expect that as soon as the bus arrived, the driver arranged by the hotel was waiting. It is fixed, it should be that the hotel will take the initiative to go to the station to pick up and drop off according to the occupancy and bus time. The hotel is relatively good in the local area. There are beautiful gardens and detached villas. The rooms are also decorated with special features. They are clean and hygienic. The staff are very enthusiastic. They will try their best to help you if you have any problems. Personally, I think the price of various activities offered by the hotel in Chitwan is reasonable, so it is possible and convenient to book at the hotel. There are some villagers around the hotel, not far from the river. You can visit or take a walk in your spare time. There is a bustling market about three kilometers from the hotel. You can take a taxi to eat. . If you eat at the hotel, the price is not cheap, but the taste is really amazing!

Great service, comfortable accommodations, beautiful swimming pool, and the staff is the best! Food was yummy, the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen. Everything was arranged for us, including the elephant jungle safari and Tharu village walk. Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic lodge headed by Mr Prakash Chand. We stayed from 23rd April to 26th April 2022 here and what an experience we had. The staffs were really courteous and right from day 1 and the final day, we shared some excellent moment over here. How a manager creates value is what has been our key observation here. I saw the way all the guests were taken care was simply brilliant. Amazing administration, fantastic food and lovely people! Truly fantastic experience! Highly recommended place in my view if you want to take your kids for a jungle safari there. We had some great memories of this place. Keep it up!

If you are looking for a place to stay this is the one. They have excellent rooms and very good food, also their customer service is exceptional, they help in everything they can!! We booked everything through them and all with a very reasonable price, and of course we had an amazing experience for the 5 days we stayed there 😁

In addition to the good location, there is no price/performance ratio. The main reason is that there is no hot water, and the staff always turns off the power supply from the indoor control switch from the outside of the corridor. And did not understand Chinese.

I gave 5 for location because it’s far away from the main road and feels like a forest guest house. There’s a river view just in backyard, it’s peaceful. The service is good, Vasu helped in arranging everything as requested, thanks to him. I enjoyed it.
