優點：房間性價比高，在賓館背面，一拉開窗簾就是山景，含早餐，早餐種類不是很多，點心比較少，水果衹有西瓜，但是酒店服務很好，還有專車接送。 缺點：1.沒有機器人送餐，叫了兩次外賣都是直接敲房間門。 2.預約接送竟然要給管家發車票截圖才給送，之前住的所有含接送服務的酒店都是電話預約了時間就來接，頭一次碰見這種情況，還有我一開始打電話給客服説已訂好房間，想預約接站時間的時候，客服很不客氣的來了一句：你訂酒店了沒啊！當時就想發火，不聽客人説話態度還很兇，大家可以看微信截圖，説話也不客氣，微信預約還等了一個小時才回復，不過後來感覺換了專業的管家，態度一下就一百八十度大轉彎，之後的問題都很及時的解決了，就還是因為這個管家打個5星好評吧 我也是因為對之前江北的麗呈印象特別好才繼續訂麗呈的，希望貴酒店接線人員的素質再改善一下吧
