攜程上篩選號稱五星豪華等級的酒店，大堂昏暗，會展場所的風格，沒有酒店大堂的樣子，晚上七點鐘就沒有人。服務員不離開吧枱，沒有什麼服務，電梯引導不清楚。
進入酒店門口不讓下客，進入地下停車場引導也不清楚，上到大堂層發現三四個酒店混用電梯，大堂相互通着，長者都走錯了。酒店辦理入住後，上房間的電梯還不是最近的，離大堂最近的電梯居然是別的場所，上個樓都換了兩個電梯。
就這配置，算舒適型酒店都很勉強，還標稱五星豪華，混淆視聽。
房間還算一般。
