乾淨整潔，設施較好，服務較好；但樓下晚上開始有跳壩壩舞的還是幹什麼的放音樂，較吵；後面樓下的KTV音樂隱約能聽到，對睡眠淺的不友好；房間的燈，關一個另一個會滅，不知是剛好壞了還是怎麼的。
