酒店就在來福士正對面，樓層很高，視野特別好。房間十分乾淨，裏面還有小冰箱，投影儀，大浴缸，真的超級nice😄😄😄。酒店的小何利利非常熱情， 還親自帶我們去房間，必須點贊😄阿姨都是非常有禮貌喲，做衞生非常仔細。
整個入住體驗真的超級棒，一直忘記來評論了，是屬於我下一次去重慶依然會優先選擇的酒店。放兩張我們住的樓層的窗外風景，現場看房間的時候看到這一間不是完全對着江的，但我覺得對着這個建築也很好看就選了這一間。

We generally had a pleasant stay at the hotel. On the first night, we encountered an issue with our bed, but the hotel staff resolved it quickly despite it being late. Impressively, they moved us to a different room the next day, even with the hotel being fully booked, and compensated us with a gift. This demonstrates their commitment to customer satisfaction.
However, there was a disappointing incident involving a staff member at the afternoon tea. This male staff member, who wears glasses and was on duty clearing plates on December 30th, behaved rudely. When I asked him to clear our table, he responded with a nasty stare and subtly scolded me. This type of behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I hope the hotel addresses this issue.
Despite this incident, I would stay at this hotel again. The service overall was impressive, and it's clear that they strive to provide the best experience for their guests. It’s just this one incident that needs attention.

The hotel is located right behind of Hongya Cave which is really convenient for tourists who plan to visit Hongya Cave. One of the famous hotpot restaurant is also located in front of hotel. Jiefangbei commercial area is also within walking distance. River view from hotel room is beautiful. Frontdesk staff is friendly and efficient.
I personally think that the breakfast quality at the hotel is poor. Not much variety and the taste is not good. We can see that this hotel has been built since many years ago so it is quite an old hotel and has a shared lobby with another hotel.

The hotel is only a short walk from the Hongyadong Scenic Area. It can be reached in 8 minutes. It is a 6-minute walk from Exit 6 of Xiaoshizi Subway Station, the transfer station for Line 1 and Line 6. It is also very close to the Yangtze River Cableway, known as the "Ten Thousand Miles of Yangtze River Air Corridor". 8 minutes drive from Raffles City Shopping Center. It is an 8-minute walk from the food court. It is also very convenient if you want to take a trip to Liangjiang. The location is great! It is really invincible to Hongyadong, Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street, Bayi Haochi Street. It is a few minutes walk to Hongyadong. It is super convenient. The hotel is in Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. The location is excellent. It really saves a lot of time to travel.
Chongqing food is really good and delicious, the front desk service is very warm, there are questions and answers, the service provided is also very good, in the morning, I also drank the restaurant's self-service soy milk and buns for free in the restaurant. I travel as business, to come visit Battery Expo at Chongqing international expo. This Hotel location is so perfect. 4 minute walk Close to Metro station . The hotel is inside Peninsula International Business Building, 20 floor. Behind of Westin hotel and Hyatt regency hotel. I stay at 14 floor , the view is amazing at night. The Hotel Room is very Clean with big room.
It is close to many famous landmarks and tourism iconic spot of the city by walk. My favourite, at early morning turn left from the building and go to cable car or to the top building to see the all city from 47 floor. At early morning the view It was amazing.
The front desk staff are very helping and friendly . Super Service. Definitely very recommend this hotel

The exterior of the hotel is not great as the lobby is on the 21st floor building, which does not really look fantastic.
However, when we entered the room, it was a nice surprise that the room is spacious, clean n it's fixtures are clean and new!
It also has a super big projector screen instead of normal LED TV.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is also free dessert ever night!
Location wise, it is very convenient as it is just walking distance to Hong Ya Dong. The view from the 21st floor lobby /cade is fantastic!
Overall, is a nice staying experience and it is highly recommended . 🙂

A highly recommended service apartment at the heart of city centre. Walking distance to a number of attractions such as Shibati, Hongyadong, Liberation Square, Times Square etc.
The accommodation also offers a beautiful scenic view overlooking the city and river. The night scenic view was also spectacular with the skyline view.
The most impressive part is the level of service rendered. When I flagged some areas of concern to the staff, they immediately acted on it and offered their best for service recovery which is extremely commentable. Special thanks to 甜甜圈 and 杨川 (and other staff) for going beyond the extra mile to make my stay a comfortable and memorable one.

Because of the lady at the front desk, I give it a five-star rating. The service is definitely five-star. Any problems will be solved in time. The hotel facilities are not bad, the location is good, and the new decoration is relatively clean. The only drawback is that it is too hot, because the room I booked There are no windows, and fresh air is turned on. I don’t know why it’s very hot. I slept with the fan on in the middle of winter. I wore shorts and shorts without a quilt. I slept until after one o’clock and woke up from the heat at three o’clock in the middle of the night. I couldn’t sleep anymore. I went to the front desk and changed rooms and finally felt safe. I was busy all night, so I didn’t get up to have breakfast in the morning. I don’t know how the breakfast was. Anyway, the service was very good. Just don’t book a windowless room.

Overall service provided and experience staying in the hotel is good. Good location near to Guanyinqiao. The only minus point is the hotel located in an office building with shared elevator with other users in the building in order to go to the hotel. During my stay, two of the three elevators are under maintenance, only one function. It will be better if the hotel has its own elevator for the hotel residents from the ground floor.

♪♪illenium有幸作為龍門璞村民宿第一波住宿用户，在住宿期間通過經理介紹得知耗費過億費用打造的一個高端民宿休閑一體的度假村，璞村分三部分，一是住宿餐飲，二是小酒館和音樂會，三為盆景、園藝，住宿區圍繞園林山景建設，自下而上，顯得錯落有致，餐飲休閑利用現代建築與其傳統建築佈局相融合，令人驚艷。再談房間的配套設施，衞生乾淨，戴森吹風機，美標衞浴，體驗感很好，民宿阿姨和經理服務非常熱情。美中不足就是房間窗簾有一點透光，床頭的木板感覺才裝修不久稍微一點點味道，希望細節能更加完善。民宿目前還有一點在收尾，可能等個把月效果更佳。有機會再來，總體來説體驗館十分不錯，希望民宿越做越好！

GGuest UserJust finished a five night stay at The Regent Chongqing, was one of the best hotel experiences ever.
Arrived at the start of the national three day Duanwu Dragon Boat Festival and was warmly greeted with two tasty green bean cake pastries in a traditional wood basket as a welcome amenity in the room.
Breakfast has an abundance of options, everything fresh and delicious.
Ate at the third floor Chinese restaurant twice and the dishes there are truly outstanding, some of the best tasting dishes I’ve ever tasted in Sichuan province and also rated as the second best restaurant in Chongqing on this website. Compared to some of the top tier restaurants in cities like Beijing and Shanghai, also very reasonably priced and affordable.
What’s really nice is the hotel offers complimentary laundry service for up to three pieces per day which I thought was a very thoughtful service. Mini bar in hotel room also completely free and restocked daily. Water pressure in room’s shower was also very strong which made showering very enjoyable.
Hospitality is really on another level here. During the stay I experienced:
- A small soft cloth wipe was left next to my laptop since the staff noticed my laptop screen was a bit dirty
- Staff during breakfast would go out of there way to ask if I wanted or needed assistance in preparing a bowl of noodles, per my request they kindly prepared one for me with the most popular condiments used by locals
- One of the chefs during breakfast made it known if there was anything at all I wanted him to specially prepare for me he would gladly do it
- Same chef (Mr. Swong), when he found out I would be departing for a day trip the next morning from the hotel at a very early hour (earlier than when the hotel breakfast dining would be open) made it be known that he would make arrangements for the hotel to prepare a bag of anything I wanted from the breakfast buffet to take with me so I could eat it in the car. Sure enough, the next morning at the front desk reception there was a bag waiting for me containing various fresh fruit, a hard boiled egg, sticky rice, orange juice, banana, water, utensils. When I walked outside to the car that had arrived to pick me up, both the driver and tour guide remarked they had never seen a hotel ever do this for a guest and that this must be a really exceptional hotel.
- A complimentary bowl of fresh fruit was delivered and left in my room
- Upon check-out, received an immaculately wrapped gift box of Chongqing Small Noodles (dried, uncooked) which was accompanied by a specially prepared locally made peppercorn noodle sauce (wrapped in plastic), was actually the perfect gift since my Mom loves noodles and to see her face so happy and joyful upon receiving this gift brought me much happiness
Everywhere in the hotel, from the hotel front desk staff, the bellboys and staff working outside the front door, the staff at the 7th floor bar, the staff at the breakfast dining, to the staff on the 3rd floor Chinese restaurant, was treated so warmly and courteously and staff so helpful and thoughtful too.
Victoria was especially gracious and helpful as when I arrived, I didn’t know where to eat and after asking me a few questions with regards to my tastes and kind of ambiance I would like in a restaurant, she recommended a very popular local Chongqing Hot Pot restaurant just a few minutes away. This turned out to be great recommendation as the flavor of the hot pot was really great and the environment was more of a ‘hole in the wall’ place, very raucous and rowdy, just what I was looking for. She would also periodically check in to see if everything was going okay and if there was anything she could assist with. Will always be grateful to Victoria and the staff at Regent Chongqing for making my first trip to Chongqing so unforgettable and full of wonderful memories.

1. it is strategically located in the heart of chongqing. you can find many yummy food and easily get to the different tourist spots/local hidden gems.
2. very nice, comfortable rooms. clean and spacious with a good view of the neighbourhood
3. comes with a rooftop seating area. very clean and comfortable. awesome view without the crowd!!!
4. breakfast is available for redemption between 730am to 840pm from their sister company, a noodle house. very yummy and hearty. there have non spicy option if you cant take spicy food.
5. upon check out, they gave a small gift as a souvenir. it is local specialty snacks! shout out to staff number 5 and 11 and cleaning lady for their kind assistance throughout our stay.
* i can write, speak and write mandarin well. so communication is not an issue.

AAnonymous UserTraveling during off-peak hours, I finally came to Chongqing, which I have longed for. For the convenience of travel, I chose this high-altitude river view hotel. The front desk is on the 28th floor. The room I booked also has a river view. There are many delicious food nearby, and there is a subway station downstairs. It's very convenient to take a taxi. There is an observation deck upstairs in the hotel, but you need to buy a ticket to go up. The room is nice and the view is beautiful. Xiao Zhu at the front desk provides great service. It has a full floor-to-ceiling river view. Exit 5A of Line 1 is the hotel. Transportation Convenient, plus the hotel's WeChat online service, you don't need to go to the front desk to check out. This location in Chaotianmen is very cost-effective and worth recommending.

Lldw89We had a great and comfortable stay at the Somerset. All the staff were extremely helpful, especially the housekeeper Katie. She went out of her way to find us a drying rack to dry out clothes, without us asking. Really appreciated! The hotel is in a good location next to the river and good walking distances to most of the sites we wanted to see. Breakfast was good with enough choice and gym was great! If you want to use the swimming pool, remember to take a swimming cap!

GGuest UserAfter staying for two nights, the homestay is outside the gate of the scenic area. The transportation is very friendly to individual travelers. From the light rail to the hotel, you can take a drop of 20-30 yuan; from the homestay to the intersection and walk up to the intersection for 5 minutes, it is 502 Daihu Bus Station, direct to the city bus station (5 minutes walk from the light rail station), when you leave the shop, you can contact the driver to drop off the passengers through the homestay (the cost is more expensive than Didi). B&B food is acceptable, if you are too expensive, you can take the bus/didi to and from the city for shopping and dining. The actual scene of the room matches the photo. The best part is that the scenery is good, not losing the Jinyun Xiaozhu on the top of the mountain. It is best to call to ask if there is a balcony when making a reservation. A worthy trip for two nights!

It is relatively clean. The location is particularly good. It is in the Everbright Building. There is a convenience store downstairs and restaurants around. In front of it is Raffles City.
