酒店位置風景優美，距離温泉很近。房間一般，設施陳舊，空調是老式的水空調，不開也聲音特別大。早餐品種衹有各式小饅頭，有兩樣鹹菜，沒有青菜。

給爸媽定的，當天上午去了之後，爸媽發現沒什麼人住，一輛車都沒有。附近也沒有什麼餐廳。環境挺野生的…問了下泡温泉還要另外收費，對外98一位，對住户80一位。我之前定時以為房間有浴缸🛁就像温湯鎮那樣温泉入户的，可以不用去室外。後來發現房間沒有温泉，泡温泉衹能去室外再買票。於是爸媽改變了行程不住那裡了。我忙着帶娃一時忘記在網上退房。發現時已經過了時間。於是申請取消，沒入住，也沒造成損失（房間原本都是空着的，也沒人住）希望可以退單（以前申請過，別家酒店很幫忙退單）平台交由酒店處理，酒店拒絕了我。我也接受，也要為自己的記性買單。衹是覺得商家沒什麼人情味，不通情達理，不會做生意，難怪沒人住。這樣一個網絡時代不做口碑，就沒有回頭客了。
