Good hotel with restaurants and shopping mall just around the corner

The location is very good, just across the bridge from the riverside market, a 2-minute walk, the facilities are very new and the hygiene is very good, it is worth recommending!

The location of the hotel is really great, right by the Avon River, and across the road is the food street. The coffee shop next to it opens at 8 am and provides delicious breakfast. The surrounding night view is also good.

New hotel, very nice

Very tidy, well appointed units. Kitchenette. Laundry facilities. Clean. Serviced well daily, apart from Sundays. Quiet. Comfortable bad. Close to town centre and shared pathways. Close to Hospital and Hagley Park. Helpful reception. Car parking available.

We absolutely loved the convenience of this location. Just across the road / river to shops and restaurants. It was extremely modern and clean, very comfortable for a few nights! Great base to explore and had everything you need. Only negative was lack of space on the bathroom vanity as it's mostly taken up with the sink. There was under bench storage and the shower felt very luxurious! Good quality bathroom amenities so didn't need to take shampoo etc.

Perfect location for exploring on foot. Apartments are very well-equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils. Handy to have washer and dryer too. A bonus was the dishwasher. I had a studio unit on the 6th floor which was warm, light and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Studio very quiet with no traffic or guest noise. Good lighting for reading and sewing - definitely not always the case in accommodation. Supermarkets, shops, galleries, Botanical gardens etc. all within walking distance. Reception and housekeeping staff were very professional, helpful, polite and friendly. Ahmed, on the front desk, was excellent.

Good hotel with good amenities at the center of the city. The location was very convenient. Kitchenette and everything was good. This helped us as we were there for Christmas weekend and most of the placers were closed. We had a good time on the hotel. Suggest this is you plan to be in Christchurch.

Our final night in New Zealand and this was a good choice, super close to the Riverside Market and picture perfect Ōtakaro. There's parking for a charge (we didn't use it so not sure of the fee) Comfy bed and good shower and plenty of T&C. Twenty minutes to the airport by taxi..$25
