Very nice location and just next to cathedral square. Staff is quite friendly and helpful. Would recommend to other people.

Kitchen is very well equipped, however, there is no oven mitts. it is top location, tram stop is a minute walk away.

The location is very good and it is very convenient to go everywhere. The parking efficiency of the front desk is very high, and they also helped us to bring our large and small luggage to the room, so we can go shopping with peace of mind. Moreover, we were overcharged for breakfast on the second day after we checked in at the Hilton, and even after we sent an email, there was no reply. Service: The service is very good, there is valet parking service, and the parking fee is NZD 25 per day. It’s just that the front desk of the hotel is hard to find. It’s next to the restaurant on the first floor. I thought it was a restaurant at first. The historical building is protected and the front desk is not allowed to hang a sign.
