A lovely apartment motel and excellent value. We were just looking for something basic, but the whole experience significantly exceeded expectations. The rooms were well equipped, (I think?) recently renovated and immaculately clean. Erin was fantastic at check-in, very helpful, (she suggested breakfast 100m down the road that was excellent). Easy parking and there's apple trees all along the fence, we were a little early in the season to eat them but the kids were super tempted! Super easy, super accessible and great value.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. They are very spacious and comfortable. We could not fault anything and really enjoyed our stay. The service is amazing and a great location. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

I have stayed all over Christchurch in various locations / types of places. I don’t know how I’ve missed this place. Definitely the go to place from now on. Couldn’t fault and a better fit out and facility than the majority of places. Thanks - until next time :)

Adelphi Motel has spacious well appointed rooms, with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Cleanness is a 10 out of 10. The hosts are great people and nothing is a problem. Plenty of space to park your car. This motel is within walking distance of many of Christchurch's top restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend staying there. We will be back

After major surgery, The Adelphi was chosen for me as my accommodation once I was released from the hospital and cleared to fly back home and I’m so glad it was. Extremely clean and comfortable, set up with everything you need, the hosts have an incredible eye for the finer details. I will absolutely be staying here again next time I come to Christchurch.

Definitely coming back again. This fully upgraded motel is just so clean and beautifully appointed. Erin was a great host, and although it is on a busy road, the new double glazing makes it oh so quiet. This should be a “go to” motel for anyone staying in Christchurch.

Stayed with my 4 children last week for 2 nights. Property is clean and tidy on the outside and rooms were great too. There was a little bit of a funky smell in the kitchen cupboards but we werent fussed. Window locks on the windows that faced out to the balcony. Hosts were lovely and very polite and welcoming. We have stayed in many motels and found Adelphis wifi the best! There was no lag or connection issues. My kids enjoyed their stay and have asked to return on our next visit. Would definitely recommend a stay here

We stayed two nights at this excellent motel. A spotless apartment, fully equipped, comfortable bed and ideally situated for an on-foot exploration of Christchurch. Highly recommended. Staff helpful and friendly.
