Good access to city center and scenic area, such as Botanic Garden. Restaurants are surrounded nearby. Supermarket can also be reached either by feet or by short driving distance. There is only simple services such as taking away rubbish or laundry service for Guest staying more than one night.

No oil on the entire complex, couldn't cook.. Great flat we loved it and awesome location. 5 mins walk to supermarket and 10-15mins walk to main attractions.

The hotel itself is not much in services and amenities, but it’s clean. The room is quite small but the bathroom is generously large. However, the location of this hotel is second to none! It’s right next to a great restaurant Unknown Chapter. Across the street, it’s the popular The High Eatery, the CBD’s High Street, and the tram station is right there! Choose this hotel for its great location.

The environment and equipment of the apartment are satisfactory, comfortable and pleasant! The transportation is very convenient. There is an art supply store within 5 minutes' walk, and there is also a supermarket where you can buy fruits and vegetables. It is only 9 minutes' walk from the bus terminal. You can use an office card for travel!

I made a reservation for a twin room, but before check-in at the accommodation, I didn't see that there was a check email asking whether I wanted a queen or twin room again, so when I checked in, I got a queen room. There seems to be a difference in price between the queen room and the twin room. And after checking out at the accommodation in advance, I asked by e-mail if I could leave my luggage and go to pick it up the next evening. The male employee said no with a straight face. So, I showed them the emails they had exchanged and I was able to leave my luggage. I can't forget the very rude expression and gesture. I took a picture because I wanted to purchase it separately. I liked the accommodation itself. I was just disappointed with the male staff's response.

Although the hotel room is a bit smaller, it is clean and has everything you need, and it is very convenient to have a kitchen. Great value for money, highly recommended.

It has the advantage of being in a very good location. It's not too far to downtown. I found this place because I needed parking because it was a camper trip. Call reception to see if parking is available first, and if not, park right next door at Countdown or Pac-n-Save during the day, then park on the street in the afternoon.

Good location, convenient for eating and shopping, and a laundry room

Very good treatment, clean room with infusions to serve yourself, next door there are cafeterias and bars to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The treatment was unbeatable, I even asked him to go up to the room after check-out.

Because there was no Do Not Disturb sign, the person who was cleaned knocked on the door at ten o'clock in the morning and repeated "education", yelling and saying three times that the sign should be put up. I said at the beginning that I don’t need to clean it, thank you, and I told her the first time, "Okay, I understand." As a result, she couldn't restrain her anger and chattered endlessly through the door.
