Hotel is located to a nearby big mall! But just a bit disappointed as we stayed for 2 nights requested front desk to do a quick cleaning but they didn’t at all. Clean and hot showers.

The hotel was close to a Westfield shopping mall so you can get all essentials needed. The room was equipped with a small open kitchen so can prepared simple meals and eat inside the room

I couldn’t find another hotel better than this one. The best hotel in chch! It’s a pretty new hotel so does their facility. Chic sofas and big tv, btw and chocs! They provide disposable slippers as well depending on how many pax going to stay, as far as I knew this is the only hotel providing disposable slippers, so considerable. Thumbs up! Really convenient location and have their own parking lot as well. Reception and cafe are at same ground floor so will be really handy to grab a coffee.

The Receptionist very nice. The room is clean and big. The receptionist upgraded our room.

My second time stay at this hotel. It’s clean and comfy. Will be back again if I visit Christchurch again

The hotel is run by a Chinese owner. The house is clean and tidy, and the facilities are very complete, including induction cooker, microwave, refrigerator, and tableware. Disposable toothbrushes and slippers are especially suitable for Chinese people. There is a Vietnamese restaurant at the reception. The coffee and baguette for breakfast are delicious. I haven't tried the rice noodles yet, but they are said to be delicious.

This is a very high-quality hotel. All small appliances are of good brands. Each room has a small kitchen for cooking. It is very new and clean. There are several restaurants downstairs, which can solve three meals a day. The boss is a Beijing uncle. He is very kind to see fellow countrymen. He is very enthusiastic and introduced us to the tour route of Christchurch. He met us on the day of check-out and helped us carry our luggage. Thank you 🥹 Every employee is very good. It is a warm hotel. I wish the boss a prosperous business

As the first stop of the tour, the hotel is perfect. The boss is a Beijing uncle, very enthusiastic. Hygiene: The room is very clean, there is no peculiar smell, and there is plenty of hot water. Environment: The bed is very comfortable. Be careful not to cook in the room because it may trigger the smoke alarm, but there are tableware and microwave in the room, so it is no problem to buy some food from outside. Service: There is no problem with the service. The front desk lady and the boss are very enthusiastic. Facilities: Although the hotel is a certain distance from the city, the facilities around the hotel are still very good. There is a small supermarket across the road where you can buy drinks and lighters. There is a large shopping mall ten minutes east, where you can shop, eat, and buy phone cards. There is a pharmacy ten minutes south, where you can buy some medicines just in case. There is a Vietnamese store called Hello Vietnam next to the hotel. The rice noodles are delicious. The cafe on the first floor of the hotel also has Vietnamese rice noodles. The uncle said it was also delicious, but we didn’t have time to eat it due to time constraints, but the uncle’s recommendation is definitely not a thunder.

The room was quite clean. The front desk guys and girls could speak Chinese. They were very considerate and provided good service. I forgot my hat at the hotel when I checked out. I went back to Christchurch to get it after visiting South Island. The front desk also kept it well. Thumbs up

The landlord was very nice. His Chinese helped me to reduce a lot of communication barriers. He also upgraded the suite for free. He also adjusted to the jet lag and checked out a little later the next day.
