服務態度不好，我訂了四間房，我們這麼多人其中有人不去吃早餐的，就挪給其他房間的人吃這樣還不行，還要交按金，然後10個月的寶寶還要付早餐費，請問你們是不是想錢想瘋了！節假日價格本身就不低了，別説上千的房費，100塊錢的早餐費我們有必要去騙吃你們的嘛！總之服務感太差，臨走的時候在門口摔一跤，明明就該引起重視，前台居然在那裡嘲笑客户，簡直了！

感覺就是個好一點的快捷酒店，訂的行政湖景房連個沙發也沒有，房間就一張椅子，兩個人都不方便坐，叫前台加一張椅子，説沒有多的椅子，最後保潔大叔送了張會議室帶污漬的椅子，介紹視頻裡帶露台實際也沒有，湖景也就一點點，早餐就是假日桔子的水平，預期別太高的話還行
