真的超級好，去的晚還給我升級了房間，第二天退房，把項鍊丟在房間，服務員還一起幫我找，她的耐心和服務讓我記憶猶新，非常感謝陳小紅阿姨，房間衞生也打掃的乾乾淨淨，酒店有這樣的服務員，離不開酒店都培訓，祝酒店生意興隆！

設施:房間裝修一般，但維護的還好，有浴缸和浴缸膜，正好可以解解乏，
衞生:地毯乾淨，沒有異味，房間光線很好，
環境:交通方便，隔壁商場，出門地鐵口，離琅琊山也很近，
服務:從前台到客房服務都非常優秀，遇到服務員主動打招呼，餐飲用餐環境也不錯，值得下次入住！

國慶小長假到朋友家玩，安排入住這個酒店！真的有很多驚喜！一進入酒店廣場就有保安大叔熱情為我們指引停車位置，辦理入住的速度也很快，等待時還有服務人員遞上茶飲，真的很貼心周到！進到房間有提前送的水果，晚上還有服務員送的紅棗銀耳羹！真的是沒想到酒店的服務這麼好，給我留下非常非常好的印象，如果下次還有機會來滁州，一定是首選酒店！

停車場挺大的，酒店門口就有輕軌，出入很方便！旁邊還有超市和一條小吃街！客房衞生乾淨整潔，進房間發現有歡迎水果，晚上還有夜宵銀耳羹，真的是很貼心的服務！

這次是朋友結婚入住在金鵬酒店，酒店生意非常好，説明酒店口碑不錯，從前台辦理到客房入住，一切都非常順利，房間晚上還送了酸奶和水果，早餐非常豐富，有當地特色小吃，口味也挺好，早餐廳的姐姐非常熱心的問我們要吃什麼，給她點贊！

去滁州出差，基本上都會選擇金鵬，性價比也高，服務一如既往，在酒店入住，有免費的晚餐提供，解決出差人吃飯不方便的問題，白天不在房間，打掃房間的阿姨把衣服整理的妥妥當當，非常優秀的服務員，看見我留的字條，需要幾張白紙，也都為我準備好了，給大姐點贊！
