Visitamos el hotel el sábado 11 de Mayo vísperas del día de las madres, error garrafal, oferta sumamente deprimida, servicio deplorable, colas enormes, un solo punto de cerveza dispensada sin recipientes para su venta, por sierto la única que ofrecen en toda la instalación, pedido hecho y pagado desde las 12:28 de la tarde y después de casi 3 horas de angustiosa espera al llegar nuestro turno se había terminado parte del pedido, directivos justificativos, poca gestión, instalaciones similares tienen ofertas dignas y servicios mucho mejores, no es recursos lo que más falta el "pasacaballo", lo limitado aquí es amor por lo que hacen y respeto al cliente. No lo recomiendo para nada!!!!.

La piscina la verdad muy buena y limpia ,muy bonita la recepción ,las habitaciones tienen problemas con el agua caliente ,no ahy presion de agua ,en mi caso el 6to piso cuando sales del elevador 🛗 se mantiene inundado en agua no sé x q razón ,la peor valoración se la doy a la atención gastronómica ,en el caso de la piscina solo sorbete ,agua y cerveza paranda de producción nacional ,nada para a picar ni merendar los niños ,en el restaurante te cobran 1500 en caso del buff el cual no existe buffet la comida pésima ,les falta empeño con lo poco q tienen para no decir nada pueden elaborar mejor la comida ,servicio de lobi bar solo agua ,llevo dos días y no ahy café ni más nada de oferta señores está nos solo la opinión mía es la de todos los q estamos aquí es lo único q se habla en todo el hotel

Hotel en reparación, sin agua la misma se abastece por pipas y se pone por horarios, no hay café, la comida sin variedad alguna, viernes y sábado la misma comida, el sábado no había cerveza de ningún tipo en el hotel, los desayunos sin leche, para los niños había yogourt, en el área de la piscina sólo pollo frito y ron, nada de bocaditos, pizza, refrescos o algo para los niños, en fin pésima estancia y dinero botado literalmente, considero debe revisarse por las autoridades de Isla Azul Cienfuegos y el Gobierno de la provincia con el objetivo de mejorar tan bonita instalación, mi crítica a pesar de considerarme muy perjudicado es constructiva, el personal posee buen trato pero no pueden mejorar la situación, no le recomiendo este hotel ni al peor de los enemigos, apliquen encuestas objetivas para evaluar los servicios en el hotel.

Estuve dos noches en este hotel y puedo decir que es un lindo lugar con excelentes vistas.Las chicas de recepción muy amables. Se está trabajando duro en la remodelación del hotel y la verdad está quedando hermoso. Es agradable estar aquí pero,al menos la camarera q nos tocó no fue muy eficiente en cuanto a la limpieza,a esto debe prestarsele atención ya q a veces un mal servicio empaña el esfuerzo d todo el colectivo. Los pasillos algo sucios en gran parte debido a la mala educación y falta de consideración de algunos huéspedes,pero también por falta de constancia en quien debe velar por las diferentes áreas. En resumen recomiendo el hotel para quien desee conocer Cienfuegos,El Nicho,el Delfinario,Playa Rancho Luna....pero debe valorarse la cantidad de pasa días o regular la entrada a la piscina de personal ajeno que no esté hospedado,ya que la verdad no nos dieron deseos de compartir en la misma debido a la gran cantidad de personas,a las cuales ves salir sobre las 5 o 6 de la tarde. A mí no me afectó xq mi hospedaje fue para salir por la provincia y conocerla,pero se que si es un punto negativo para otras personas y es una lastima que la estancia se vea afectada por estos detalles cuando se está trabajando tan duro en seas de embellecer el lugar y mejorar las habitaciones. Pero al menos yo,sin dudas volvería,pero no más de dos noches
