Housekeeping would come way too late after 4:00 pm when I was already back in the room. I have never encountered such late housekeeping at a hotel.

Clean and friendly staff overall was very good

Checked in around 11 pm. There were 3 other people ahead of me and two behind me. Only one person working the desk. It took over 30 min. After we parked our car. We had to walk pass a lady who was heavily smoking her cigarette right at the entrance. In front of the no smoking signs. Once in the elevator it reeked of w@@d. The room was clean. The shower had hair on the walls. I laid down to go to bed Within minutes A black bug ran across my shoulder. Asked for another room. Too tired to ask for a different hotel. Our first room Was on same side of the interstate. You do get a lot of road noise. The 2nd room gets a lot of light from the top of the windows even with the drapes pulled. I’m visiting Cincinnati often and would not stay here again.

My stay physically, was fine. I was extremely dissatisfied with service after the clerk charged my card for my room when the room was already prepaid. I mentioned "why did his screen say my card was being charged for 190$ and not just for incidentals and he told me it was not being charged for that amount. I should've known.. The next day the charge shows up settled on my account. I call the hotel and get put on hold for awhile then the phone just hangs up. Call back and the same thing happens. The next day I get the receptionist and she tells me the room was charged in error (exactly what I suspected in the first place) and that the money would be refunded. I was not happy as I have many things going through my account and I dont have the luxury of having money be deducted in error without incident. I asked how long it would take? She said the end of the day. I asked if she was sure? She said or by the morning. In short it took three days. I am disappointed and amazed how this happens and the only answer or solution I got was "sorry". For this type of inconvenience, customers/patrons of your business deserve better treatment.

The staff at Starbucks was okay. We were not able to sit at the lobby where the Starbucks was because the food was not eat in. We purchased our food to go. It didn’t make sense and they asked us to leave. Plus I couldn’t use my Starbucks giftcard.
