I stayed 4 nights in a one bedroom apartment. I was given a key fob for underground parking du to the length of my stay which was fantastic. I had a room right near receptions that was perfectly fine. As I left the reception staff apologised if it was noisy but I never heard reception noise much at all. Late at night when everything was quiet the vending machine was noticeable but as it not used a great deal this was not an issue. Unit was clean and tidy and had everything I needed in it. The drier is a bit tricky and does not dry the clothes completely so if needing instant dry this could be an issue. I just hung the clothes for a few hours on the airier Would definitely stay again..
Standard motel. Overall good, clean and spacious. No breakfast service, someone works at ten o'clock in the morning.
The room is close to the road (not the highway), a bit noisy.
The room had windows, but it didn't seem to open.
This was my first stay at the Park Royal Monash, and I look forward to many more. From the time I checked in, during my stay, and until I checked out, the staff made me feel very welcome and valued. Little touches such as the room upgrade to a suite, the welcome chocolates, recalling my morning coffee order and bottles of water in my room were much appreciated. The restaurant meal I had after my late check-in was delicious and perfectly cooked, even though the kitchen was about to close. Nothing was too much trouble.
Apartment-style hotel, good environment, comfortable and clean, the room has a small balcony, you can drink coffee, we can catch the sunny day when we check in, and we can watch the starry sky at night. The most important thing is that it is very close to Monash University and it takes more than 10 minutes to walk. arrive
When we arrived from Regional Victoria, around 4pm, the Reception doors were closed with a message on the window to call a number. At first the lady could not find my booking, a booking I made 3 weeks in advance. After a short conversation the lady gave me the code to open the key safe, at least we had a room to stay in for the night. I was asked what time we were leaving so arrangements could be made for payment of the room, I said we would be leaving between 8-8.30am I was advised someone would meet me at Reception, never happened in fact we did not see a person in all the time we were on the property. No help with directions, no breakfast, not a happy stay. If you are considering staying at this property beware the restaurant and other areas are closed, including Reception, good luck.
I just checked in today and it’s good for the price, the hotel receptionist Sarah was lovely and kept me well informed. I’m staying for 3 days and everything seems to be in shape. I read a review detailing hotel guest with drug problems, it’s a MOTEL you are going to get good and bad and everything in between in any of these places. There’s drug addicts at the five seasons difference is that they can afford it. Lol
During the Spring Festival, hotel prices in Melbourne have skyrocketed. It is wise to choose this hotel near my friend's house. This is a quiet and small hotel with a nostalgic feel. The waiters are very friendly. There is a boy who can speak Chinese who greets us carefully and feels warm. There is a Close opposite the hotel, you can stroll around. If there is a car, it is convenient and cost-effective.
It appears that this place has had a change in ownership and the new manager is amazing. It is nice to have a human face behind everything. The staff at the desk are very professional, responsive and helpful! The room is clean and well equipped. The location is also unbeatable, as there are shops (inc. a KFC) within walking distance and the Glen Shopping Centre is only minutes away. I would highly recommend this place and I will definitely come again!
Too expensive for what it is..basically a cheap motel..and why the hell do I have to use 200 words to write that?,to put me off?well it obviously only made it worse, cuz this website wasn’t very helpful on that night either,as I couldn’t get in my room after I payed for it,on time..and before the final check in time..
