The room feels similar to Atour in China. We made an appointment to return the car to Sydney's Circular Quay at 12 noon the next day. If we check in nearby, the parking fee will be more than 600 yuan per night, which is not cost-effective, so I chose the Mercure in Rouse Hill, which is also a chain hotel. It costs more than 900 per night without breakfast. Parking here is free. It is only about 50 minutes' drive from Circular Quay. It feels like a large residential area around Sydney, and it is all exclusive. A villa with a very good environment. Next to the hotel is a super large restaurant with N entrances where you can order food in different areas. They are all connected and the consumption is not expensive. There is also an AlDI supermarket next to the hotel, so even if There is no breakfast, you can walk to the supermarket to buy something to eat which is also very good

I booked in on Friday to an apartment room. There is only two of everything in this room, two forks, two coffee cups, to bowls, two towels. Strongly 3 coffee satchels. They don't clean the room. They don't clean your room at all until you leave. When i returned 11pm sunday night, still no room service. Same sheets, no towels, no coffee, no clean dishes. Mary, purporting to be management says that they don't clean. Housekeeping just empty's the bin and provides fresh towels. I wasn't fortunate enough for them to even do that. How you are supposed to survive 4 days with two forks, two towels and 3 coffee satchels is a mystery. A four star establishment that doesn't do housekeeping. This place is a dump. Keep away from it.

I was located to room 201 which is right next to the lift . It was a very noisey room, every min or 2 mins can hear the lift sound . While I was making the booking I wrote in the booking comment to not locate me next to the lift . Any when when I checked out and kindly advise to the check out staff that the room was very noisy . The staff just said everything had been paid for . Not happy at all with my staying . Not even a free coffee was offered at the bar for a comfort drink .

The environment is particularly good, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately only one day, did not try SPA services. Dinner is of a high standard, perfect for a casual get-together with friends.

The location of the hotel is quiet and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Within 10 minutes drive to the Castle Tower shopping center, not far from the Hills Showground subway station, satisfied!

Quest Hotels have always been a good choice for me when staying away. Hotel staff were lovely and helpful and attentive. We had everything we needed for our trip. Overall it was a lovely and pleasant stay.

The service of the staff is really nice and helpful. Unfortunately the apartment is a bit old and the sofas were worn out. It does have everything so you can do everything in the apartment. Dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, free car parks and wifi. You could also book connecting rooms as well if you want to travel with family. Location wise, you should have a car. Walking to the bus and metro is annoying. Just a few minute drive and you would get to the metro, shops, pubs, bowling. For the price, the place is alright.

A short distance green escape from the city hustle. A perfect place for a relax weekend away. A quiet spot for a moment tranquility.;) The sunset view on the silhouete of blue mountain is brilliant! Although we were in this motel room in this complex only for about 20 minutes, I am reviewing this motel , like so many others before me for no other reason but to pre warn future guests of buyer beware! Incidentally we actually never pre booked this motel complex ( Winsd.Motel)room but another one with a different name across the road, i am second guessing owned by the same business owners . On arriving at the said motel we had booked at and paying both a room fee of $100, and then a further bond damages assurity of $50.,( without any prior disclosing of this), we were handed a key and an old broken tv remote with the back cover hanging of it, then told we were not staying at this complex but actually across the road to the winsdor motel, without being informed prior of this substitution. So bags back into the car and over the road we drove. On opening the rickety front door the overbearing smell of damp and bleach confronted us. On turning on the dim main light, vision in the room was not the best so on trying to turn on the fluro lights over the main bead, they were found to not work, as were the fluro light over the kettle /tea making area. In trying to wash my hands after a long drive, there was no hot water forthcoming from taps only cold. As we had paid a damages bond I was not going to cop any undue expenses from my bond fee so i rang the uninterested reception man at the other motel ( The Windsor motel had no reception open) to have these issues documented. There was stains and damp spots in irregular areas of the carpet, mould in the bathroom on the wall, ceiling, tiles, some of which were broken, and an old stained shower curtain, and several bugs on the ceiling in main part of the room. The cup was dirty when i went to make a cup of tea, crud in the bottom of it, so unable to make a tea. As there was no where to sit except on the stained bedspread over the double bed, my husband sat on it to make a phone call, putting the thin rock of a pillow behind his head., only to have a rather modest size cockroach insect scuttle out from between the pillow cover and crawl over him. Terrifyingly this was the clincher for us, I once again waited for the receptionist to answer the phone, demanded he come over to view for himself all the issues we had just witnessed. Eventually he came over, and the response from him astoundingly was Oh! So what do you want me to do about it!We were gobsmacked, & our response was simply that we could not stay in this room and wished not to stay in any of the other rooms either , we requested a refund of our monies so we could move on to another accomodation facility. This was refused, and we were told to come back tomorrow and speak to the manager, of which we said we couldn't as we would be well and truly on our way back home .Once again we tried to explain quite amicably that the room was filthy, smelt, infested with insects and mould, no hot water, lights not working and dirty cups, no hand towel or

A very basic motel with a clean bed. Unfortunately the bathroom was quite unclean- the shower curtain was putrid and the towel provided had more holes than Swiss cheese. Not really satisfactory at all.
