"A nice stay in the Park Inn Hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy. We had a double queen room, which was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located just outside the town. Breakfast was basic but set us up for the day. Water stations are available. Would stay again."

"The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The on-site restaurant is truly a hidden gem—both the food and drinks were outstanding. The only issue I encountered was with the air conditioning in the room. It was quite noisy, so I turned it off before bed to get a better night’s sleep. However, I woke up early in the morning to find it had turned itself back on and the room temperature had dropped to 18°C which was uncomfortably cold. I mentioned this to the front desk during check-out and the staff member sincerely apologized and assured me they would look into it. I appreciated the way the situation was handled. And the other thing is the room is a bit overpriced."

"The furniture and bedding of this hotel are also good, the environment is beautiful and comfortable, the service is very thoughtful, it is close to the shopping mall, there are restaurants everywhere, and it is convenient in the city center."

"We had a wonderful stay! Very quiet location and we especially enjoyed the lower level room opening into the beautiful grassy courtyard area. A short walk to the pool and hot tub! And the breakfast was simply delightful. All the staff were friendly and we would like to commend the fine, professional and helpful staff at the front desk - always a smile that made the day bright! "The hotel was extremely busy, as it was a holiday weekend. The state of the hotel definitely showed an increase in volume and turnover. Our room, the entranceway, and the bathroom floor had white marks all over it. At first, it looked like a child walked into paint and then ran in and out of the room. However, with the smallest of elbow grease, I was able to remove most of the marks from the bathroom. In doing so, it looked more like dried oatmeal, but I couldn't be sure. My point is that it was impossible not to notice this mess and that someone made a conscious decision to leave it in this manner. They did this, knowing that it was a long weekend and that guests would be paying in some cases double what they normally would pay. At these prices, with taxes,fees, etc, we were over a grand for 2 nights. At these prices, you do expect the rooms to be in pristine condition. We had spoken to a staff member delivering towels to a nèar by room. He informed us that he would speak to his supervisor and that someone would be up shortly. At this point, it was late and we were at the end of a solid week of moving. We needed sleep more than anything. To the best of our knowledge, no one tried to reach us in regard to this issue. This is a beautiful hotel. However, more needs to be done to keep it that way."

"Excellent spot in Kelowna, have stayed in many hotels/motels there as well as lived there, nice area close to everything … this has a private courtyard, picnic tables, bbq, pool, games outside which are right there, perfect for families, super friendly people who run the place, nobody harrrasing you when you have a smoke outside (even tho they have the usual rules), direct room access outside, easy for loading/unloading luggage, super nice renovated suites with big screen tv, large kitchen, meeting table, outside patio on each suite, you can’t get any better than this and it’s a fraction of the price of the mainstream hotels where you need to take an elevator, walk a mile to go outside for a smoke and feel like a bird in a cage …. and have no patio access.  This is a hidden gem in Kelowna, it’s the best hotel/motel for one of the lowest prices in the city.  I lived here for years, and stayed in most of them since I’m travelling here for business every 3 weeks. 5 stars …. You will be shocked how cool this place is … You are welcome!"

"Pro's: location wise is good. There are nearby shops and it is just about 8- 10mins drive to Kelowna park (depends on traffic). Cons: We are a group of 3 pax, unable to use the sofabed as there is no sheets on it. Other thing is, choices for breakfast is not that much. Overall stay was ok"

"Affordable choice. A short distance from the city center, The room space is not large, no toothbrush and toothpaste are provided, But coffee, microwave and breakfast are provided, The room is also very comfortable, Overall a very good experience."
