"Everything you could want from a hostel! The facilities are well maintained by staff who seems like they take pride and great importance in the cleaning and maintenance work that they do. Was very pleasant to see. Right next to Lidl and Coop!"

"Quite limited selection in buffet breakfast. Hotel room very tight it was a bit hard to move around the room even though we only have two small hand-carry luggage. Handy location to tram to city centre and close to airport (only 18mins bus to airport from hotel)."

"Very nice room, the view from the room is gorgeous. The hallway from lift to rooms smell really bad, heavy smell of smoking cigarettes. The location is behind Palexpo. Not clear enough how to get there or how to get to from the Hotel to Palexpo. A crucial sign is missing when you have split route without sign which path to follow. From Palexpo I took a taxi to the the hotel. But that was a waist if the direction was clear."

"We traveled from Geneva Airport, there is free shuttle service provided. Just wait outside the arrival exit, u can catch the shuttle bus. It is very near to the airport yet not fair from the city centre. The hotel provides City pass to its guests who pay city tax, with the pass, we can take tram/bus/train within the Geneva City. Our visit to Geneva this time is mainly to attend the Watches and Wonders even 2025, which the bus stop of the shuttle bus to Palexpo is just around the corner. The hotel is new and clean, same as most of the Switzerland hotel, they don't provide slippers as shower cap, but shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. We bought the breakfast, it is not much variety but taste good, simple be nice."

"Easy shuttle from airport. Head to shuttle bus area. Comes every 20 min. Wasn’t as smooth returning due to excessive traffic. Shuttle ran 40 min behind schedule.  Clean basic rooms. Has eu plug as well as Swiss. Which is handy.  Restaurants in shopping centre 100m away.  Breakfast at hotel excellent! Free tram ticket from reception. Easy into town. Did quick train ride which was great as time poor."

"Super great location, right next to the train station and it’s the centre of Geneva. Helpful staff and the cafe there is super nice. The only thing is I have already requested a room facing inward but still the noise from the traffic is loud since early morning."

"The room is decent in size and  I had a good view of the Cathedral - very good location. You can walk easily everywhere - train station, to the lake, to Old town, to the supermarket called Manor. There’s a nice resto bar adjacent to it. The reception is very helpful. They will give you access for transportation to go around the city for free."

"The room was well-appointed and spotlessly clean, the overall environment was pleasant, and the service was excellent! The hotel reception is conveniently located above a COOP supermarket. Guests can take the elevator directly from the underground parking garage to the lobby on the 0th floor, which is extremely convenient. The only minor drawback was that the room felt a bit small. While two 28-inch suitcases on the floor would certainly obstruct movement, we found that placing them on the bay window freed up a lot of space and made the room much more comfortable."

"Right next to Geneva train station, the location is unbeatable! It only takes 5 minutes to get to the platform to catch a train. Buses and trams are all around, making it super convenient to go anywhere. There's a Burger King right across the street, and McDonald's is just a quick walk across the road on the pedestrian street. They sent an email in advance for check-in info, but it seems they didn't send the Geneva City Card beforehand; you have to ask for it upon arrival. However, it didn't matter since I had a Swiss Travel Pass. The room was quite spacious and had a bathtub. It seemed to have central air conditioning, as it didn't feel hot at all even staying in the middle of summer in June. Overall, great value for money!"

"My friend and I had thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Don't be discouraged with this not being in the city centre because the free public transport is just outside the hotel. Make sure to check out the 4th floor of the hotel because the view of the mountain is amazing. The mini kitchen is handy for us. And with Lidl just a few steps away, we had some delicious cheap meal. Guys from the airport, ask the information desk where the metro stop. Don't take a taxi but take the metro and make sure you get your mobile free transport pass. From the airport it is only less than 10 mins ride. We did not spend a penny exploring the city and transport to the airport. I hardly write a review, but it is worth writing this to help others."
