"The staff was excellent and responded to our every request and need. The breakfast matched the level of staff support. It was sumptuous and worth the money. And the pool and gym were also great. The pool was warm and perfect."

"The location is very good and convenient to travel. The room was clean and well equipped. If you book through Trip.com , you must ask the customer service staff of Trip.com to get the 6-digit reservation number starting with B, otherwise you can't self-check in online, and you can't get the password to enter the door. This home is unmanned, and you need to check in online in advance. The entry password needs to wait until 3 pm to officially take effect, and it cannot be 1 second early. ."

"The room was very clean, but overall had the basic necessities needed to get by. There were no charging ports by the bed, which meant we had to charge our phones by the sink (an active water outlet) which was a health and safety hazard. The bed was rock solid, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. The receptionists were really polite and made sure we had everything we needed. We saw a show at the LAC Lugano that evening which was really lovely and the hotel was conveniently located for this, but was quite tricky to find when coming from Central Lugano. The bathroom was separated into a shower and a toilet, where the sink was in the bedroom which was odd. The toilet didn’t have a lock on the door which lacked privacy and was more like a wardrobe style door, where you could hear everything going on behind it. The shower was a see-through glass door which again, lacked privacy. There were 3 coathangers to hang clothes and not a lot of storage space. The room overlooked the pool which was really lovely, and had a blackout blind to block out light in the morning. We could control the lights from a button beside our bed, which was helpful when going to sleep. However, the shower light wouldn’t turn off at night which was irritating, as when we tried to take the key card that activated the lights out, it cancelled out the power and we couldn’t charge our phones. Overall, this stay was alright for one night but we couldn’t stay here for a week. The negatives outweighed the positives massively."

"Located below the train station, remember to take the small shuttle bus down from the station exit; the entrance is right there. Otherwise, you'll have to walk a long way and it'll be hard to find. The hotel is a bit old, but the facilities are decent, and the room is spacious enough to accommodate most of your belongings. The breakfast was incredibly plentiful, mostly fruit—I could have all the kiwis I wanted! So happy!"

"Camera molto mal tenuta, moquettes sporchissima ,ragnatela in bagno vicino al bidet che è rimasta per tutto il nostro soggiorno pertanto le pulizie non sono fatte a dovere Inoltre la reception rimane sguarnita dalle ore 20:00. Il servizio colazioni gestito solamente da due persone ,insomma forse sarebbe il caso di aumentare il personale. Posto auto a fortuna. Colazione buona staff molto gentile.L’albergo si salva per la bella piscina."

"Very good apartment hotel, you can cook and think about it. The bus is directly next to the hotel when you leave the train station, and it takes less than five minutes to walk. PS prices are also very affordable, I have never stayed in a hotel with such a low price and good service in Switzerland, recommended"

"Luganodante definitely like you (us)! Staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. Room is clean and cosy. Had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant/bistro - flame grill - awesome service! The only regret was staying there for just one night, wish we had stayed longer. Will definitely choose to stay at Luganodante again if we are back. Thank you team! IMPORTANT TIP: please take the funicular - Lugano Città - from the Lugano Stazione to the hotel (just stop outside the hotel, very convenient). If feeling adventurous, proceed to enjoy the walk/hike down to the hotel from the station."
