"We love to be apart hotel style, have fun, fridge and fog . beautiful view, and super close to the center and lake, from the beach walking. And it gives free stay per day to walk public transport. We save a lot. Super recommends that hosting and we will certainly return more times."

"Camera molto mal tenuta, moquettes sporchissima ,ragnatela in bagno vicino al bidet che è rimasta per tutto il nostro soggiorno pertanto le pulizie non sono fatte a dovere Inoltre la reception rimane sguarnita dalle ore 20:00. Il servizio colazioni gestito solamente da due persone ,insomma forse sarebbe il caso di aumentare il personale. Posto auto a fortuna. "This hotel is in a small border town, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. However, due to ongoing construction at the station, many trains are experiencing significant delays and skipping stops. For example, trains to Milan are bypassing this station, meaning you have to wait for the next one, which can be quite inconvenient and disrupt your travel plans. Travelers heading to other parts of Italy might want to consider this. There's also a cable car station nearby for mountain access."

"Good location in Paradiso which takes 20 minutes leisurely walk to centre of Lugano. Breakfast was great and outdoor swimming pool looked nice for summer. Room size was decent but no frills for room amenities, like no indoor slippers, no hair conditioner, no soap, etc. There is a parking under hotel which is shared with Ibis hotel and charged for everyday (23CHF?). We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our weekend break there."

"Convenient location within 10 minutes walk from the train station and bus terminal. Local bus stops just outside the train station and can get to Lugano Centro and Monte Bre easily. The hotel is located up the slope facing the train station. There's a view of the train station from our room but it's not nosiy once the wooden doors of the balcony are closed."

"Excellent hotel! A little old!!! But I was given a room on the 4th floor with a view to the lake! Breakfasts are good ! The furniture is a little old! Given the price and quality, the best location, just a great hotel!!!"

The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was spotless, and the location was perfect—right by the lake with beautiful views. The food was delicious, and overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely love to return for a longer stay next time!"

"A luxury hotel with an ancient style, good maintenance in a public area, we stayed in the ancient building, a clean room but furniture needs updating. Breakfast is a wonderful meal but without vegetables, very limited for such a luxury hotel, the staff is great, we had dinner not so special for the prices."
