"This place wasn't as bad as others described. While tableware and dishes weren't provided, the front desk staff will provide them for free if you ask, along with dish soap. The staff were friendly. Of course, it would be even better if they provided tableware, dishes, and water glasses without you having to ask. My room also had air conditioning, which was fine even running all day; it was really refreshing in the hot Lugano. However, the bathroom design wasn't ideal; water easily splashed all over the floor when showering. It would be better if they provided two extra towels in the bathroom. The washing machine and dryer were free to use, including detergent, a lifesaver on a long trip, saving you 10 CHF! 👍🏻"

Liu MichelleThe location is fantastic, right by the train station. The lady at the front desk was warm and friendly; she checked us in early and meticulously explained the breakfast, Wi-Fi password, and how to enter after hours. The room has a small kitchen with a microwave, fridge, and various utensils, though we didn't use them – it felt very convenient for cooking. There's also a coffee machine in the room, so we enjoyed a capsule coffee every day when we returned to the hotel. Breakfast was very rich; their croissants were even better than those in German-speaking areas, and there was a huge variety of fruit – a real treat for fruit lovers! The only downside is that the bathroom has no ventilation, so you have to open the window to air it out. Also, the extra bed, once pulled out, blocks the clothes rack, and I wasn't strong enough to fold the bed away, which made hanging clothes a bit inconvenient. However, these are minor issues; everything else was great. Next time I'm in Lugano, I'll definitely stay here again, haha!

Sensational location, careful reception staff.... As you can expect, in a 5-star hotel.
The spa is only available for reservation and is limited to use....which is disappointed....which can be used to the fresh air is also negative. The fitness room is in the neighbour/partner hotel and is equipped with basic devices..... is also questionable! But a instructor is mostly on site!
The rooms are spacious and well equipped, the view is dreamy...

I stayed in this hotel for five nights in Lugano. The hotel is in a good location. It is a five-minute walk to the lake. Next to the hotel is bus No. 2, which can go to Lugano Railway Station. The breakfast is Western-style and the fruit and bread are good. The hotel is also quiet. If you go to Lugano, you can choose this hotel.

余The rooms are very nice and the environment is beautiful. Sitting on the balcony of the room, listening to birds, drinking a little wine, and admiring the lights of Lugano Lake and the mountain homes on the opposite side, it is really a treat.
The room is equipped with an electric kettle, shampoo, and shower gel. You need to bring your own dental appliances and slippers.

Very good, beyond expectations, the location is particularly good, opposite the pier by boat, the facilities in the room are updated and maintained, not old, the balcony is small but the view is very good, the only problem is that the shower is small

Not far from the Lugano train station, there is a bus directly to the city of Lugano at the doorstep, which is quite convenient. The interior of the room is older, but it is clean and air conditioned, making it quite comfortable. Breakfast costs only 10 Swiss francs, but there are fewer choices.

Beautiful, right near the lake with a restaurant and bar. Owner is lovely and takes great pride in making sure your stay is great.
Why there’s 4 stars - location is a far walk from the downtown, and there were little ants in the room. It was great for us but if you can’t handle that this wouldn’t be for you.
