"The hotel is directly opposite the Hengdian Qin Palace scenic area, just a walk across the road. It's a 4-5 minute drive to the Qingming Shanghe Tu scenic area and an 8-10 minute drive to the Ming and Qing Palaces and Guangzhou Street/Hong Kong Street scenic areas. There are also scenic area bus stops nearby, making everything very convenient. The rooms and breakfast are standard (typical for a Holiday Inn Express). The service attitude was excellent and welcoming. We also happened to catch a special promotion, which made it quite a good value."

The front window overlooked a large garden, and the corridor was right next to Lilac Street, offering close-up views of the Sanyuanli architecture and distant views of the Ming and Qing Dynasty courtyards. There were issues with the facilities. Who would think the refrigerator switch is on the wall? It turned off every time we left, making the refrigerator pointless. Also, the air conditioner was broken and didn't blow warm air. Fortunately, they brought us a fan heater, so we managed to stay warm."
