GGuest UserWe booked a hotel near the Hengdian World Studios facilities to have an easy access to the scenic areas. This hotel was 5 minutes away from the Palace of Emperor Qin, which already made it an excellent choice, but THE HOTEL ITSELF IS SO BEAUTIFUL!! It has a lot of old-style decoration, the room was wide and had little carvings in the ceiling wooden beams... they were re-arranging the courtyard, we think they may want to plant something?
The room was big, the beds very comfortable (very firm and VERY big), the shower was nigh perfect. We used the floor heating system, but there was also available the A/C from the ceiling if we preferred.
They gave us breakfast every day, freshly made, the eggs in particular were super fresh. Delicious and abundant! Extra praise to the cook, she was very nice even with the language barrier. About that, we spoke zero Chinese, so we used translation apps all day long. All the staff was very, very kind and made great efforts to be understood. We appreciated that immensely!
If we ever go back to Hengdian (hopefully!!), we certainly will go back to this hotel.

GGuest UserVery friendly and great hospitality by the owners. They are friendly and helpful and gave us a food and attraction strategy guide which was very useful as our purpose in Hengdian was to visit the major filming studios. The estate was located deep in a neighbourhood area and we have a small problem locating the front entrance desk. Currently they are still doing upgrading to the estate with gardens and swimming pool (refer to photo). I'm sure it will look amazing once completed. The estate was built in 2023 from the ground up and was designed by the same designer who did the Qin Palace. No wonder this homestay has this ancient building look. The room was pretty nice but I find the bed to be too stiff. I'm used to a soft and cushy kind of bed back home and couldn't sleep well for the 3 nights we are there. My family members have no such problem though. Homemade breakfast was provided everyday by 1 of the cleaner cum cook lady. She was super friendly and the food are fantastic and healthy. This is definitely worth a look if you are looking for accomodation in Hengdian and want to experience a more localised feel compared to a standard hotel stay.

GGuest UserExcellent! Housekeeping comes to clean every day, which is wonderful. The front desk staff are super gentle, and the soundproofing is great. My friend and I stayed there for a few days and had a very pleasant experience. Every time the auntie came to clean, she'd replenish anything that was missing, which is a huge plus. The location is super easy to find, right behind a night market. Whenever we were hungry, we just went downstairs and walked a few steps to the night market – it was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel. Next time I visit Hengdian, I'll definitely stay here again! 👍👍👍👍👍👍

AAtlasCheungThis was my first time visiting Hengdian, and choosing this hotel was such a great decision! The room type was amazing – easily accommodating three people, and the space was smartly divided into two areas. I was genuinely surprised to get such a great room at this price point. The bathroom fixtures were all Toto, so the quality was definitely there, and the room even had direct access to a small garden, which was lovely to step out into. The 'Xiaodu' smart control system was super convenient, and the minimalist yet bright strip lighting design throughout the room really showed the care and attention to detail from the hotel. The breakfast spread was incredibly varied and satisfying. Overall, a perfect experience, definitely five stars!

Environment: Nice environment. From the window, you can see the Qin Palace. The hotel is not far from the Qin Palace, the Qingming Riverside Scene, and Dream Valley.
Service: Attentive and comprehensive, the staff are friendly. There are reminders and mineral water at the elevator entrance on the first floor for guests to enjoy at any time.
Breakfast is also varied, rich, and nutritious.

Your friends can also come to take pictures here and have a great time with you. Also the room has a great elegant, sophisticated and cute style. JJCF6866Having just checked out, I couldn't wait to write this review. I need to express my warmest thanks to Home Inn (Dream Valley Store) for the incredibly thoughtful experience they provided – especially for their heartwarming assistance during a heavy rainstorm in Hengdian.
On the evening of June 27th, 2025, a sudden downpour hit as we were leaving the Bund scenic area, leaving my elderly parents and children stranded. After nearly 40 minutes of unsuccessfully trying to hail a taxi or rideshare, and in my growing desperation, I contacted the Home Inn Business Hotel (Dream Valley Store) where we were staying.
Upon hearing our predicament, the front desk attendant, Xiao Zhu, immediately and unhesitatingly promised to help. Just one minute later, she called back with amazing news: 'The hotel manager is on his way, driving his personal car to pick you up!'
Eighteen minutes later, the manager arrived in the pouring rain. He immediately put us at ease with his warm and reassuring demeanor. Upon our arrival back at the hotel, the front desk had warm water ready and waiting for us.
From their decisive promise, to the manager's rescue in the pouring rain, and even the thoughtful gesture of warm water, Home Inn Hengdian truly went above and beyond service, demonstrating the very best of human kindness. My deepest gratitude goes to the manager, the front desk staff, and all the employees!

GGuest UserI specifically chose the Hengdian World Studios Hotel for my trip to Hengdian this time, and my overall experience was really great, exceeding my expectations!
The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Hengdian, very close to the scenic spots. It's easy to get to Dream Valley, Qin Palace, or Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival. Taking a taxi or bus is hassle-free. There are also plenty of dining options and shops nearby, with snack bars and convenience stores everywhere. It feels very safe to go out for a stroll in the evening.
The hotel's overall environment is clean and tidy. The lobby is spacious and bright, which is very pleasant to see. The public areas are well-maintained and organized, not messy at all. The overall atmosphere is quiet and peaceful; even though it's near scenic spots, it doesn't feel noisy.
The room is decorated very warmly; I felt relaxed the moment I walked in. The lighting is soft, and the decor is simple yet comfortable. The bedding is soft and clean, making for a very comfortable sleep. After a day of exploring the scenic spots, lying down on the bed instantly relieved most of my fatigue. The room space is adequate, with good lighting and ventilation, and the cleanliness is excellent, even in the corners. Toiletries are complete, and the hot water is stable, making for a very comfortable stay.
The front desk staff's attitude is also excellent; check-in and check-out are quick, and they answer questions patiently. The overall value for money is high. Staying here is truly suitable for a trip to Hengdian – great location, clean environment, and a comfortable stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Hengdian!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my two friends and had a pleasant experience overall. The owner, a lovely lady, was incredibly friendly and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. The location is super convenient, with plenty of restaurants, fruit markets, and mini supermarkets nearby, making it easy to explore and grab anything you need.
The hotel is about 16 km away from the main attractions, roughly an hour's drive, so it’s a bit out of the way, but that also means it's quieter. The room itself was not the cleanest, but for the price, it was worth it. The essentials were covered with hot water, air conditioning, and all the basic amenities you’d expect, including free toiletries.
One of the best parts is that the hotel accepts foreigners without any issues, which made my stay stress-free. If you're looking for budget-friendly accommodation with all the basic comforts and a very kind host, this place is a solid choice.
