"The owner was incredibly kind. When we arrived, they actively helped us with our luggage. While we were eating self-heating meals in the living room, they spontaneously brought us hot water. The next morning, we wanted to warm up some milk, and again, they were very enthusiastic in helping us. It was so heartwarming!"

"The room is very spacious, with a living room, and the bathroom has a comfortable wet/dry separation. The bed faces a beautiful view, the glass windows are very bright, and there's a stylish spot for enjoying tea and the scenery. The overall decor is excellent and very tasteful. The owner is super nice and provides impeccable service, even lending me ******* clothing for free so I could take many beautiful photos. It was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel is located on the outskirts of the county town, so it's very quiet. The room facilities are quite complete; the shower room has a heater, and disposable toilet seat covers are provided. The bedding is comfortable, and the front desk service is very good. The downsides are that breakfast is very simple, the bowls and chopsticks aren't sanitized, the soy milk is very watery, and the shower pressure is very low – maybe the showerhead is clogged."

"The room was quite clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry bathroom, and even hand soap. For a guesthouse, the facilities were relatively complete. The location is a bit out of the way, up a hill, and there aren't many food options within 500 meters, but this also means it's very quiet. The breakfast didn't have a huge selection, but what they offered was substantial and varied, unlike other guesthouses that only serve steamed buns. Here, they had mini sponge cakes, and the cold shredded kelp and vermicelli salad was delicious. Overall, it's a good choice for a stay in Heishui County."

"I received a warm welcome. Even though my luggage was heavy, I received good assistance. I was able to leave my luggage. The bed was comfortable. The hotel owners were very helpful. They were like family. They took me to eat delicious food. I didn't want to go back to Thailand. They were very lovely. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good experience. If I have the chance, I will stay here again."

"The location was nice, it was easy to find and there were many restaurants nearby. We booked for 3 rooms with twin bed, once arrived the hotel, the receptionist greeted us with Thai word “Sawasdee krab” that was so kind and touched our mind. He provided us more information with Thai translation and made us more understanding. The room was clean, big size high ceiling and well prepared. There was electricity blankets provided so we all slept well and charged the energy for the next day. It was nice to have a chance to stay in this lovely hotel!!!"
