Excellent
CCatsStaying in Heishui is very close to Dagu Glacier. The glacier is beautiful, and the room is huge! I was so happy, I kept taking pictures inside. I highly recommend it! It's excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We loved the big windows and view. Beds are comfortable and the owners are nice. It's located up a hill, and they don't have a restaurant, so if you don't have a car and want to eat dinner, it's difficult to walk back up. I booked this hotel because they have a room with a big hot tub. But it was a big disappointment. The water source for this tub is a kitchen type faucet, which does not work for a big tub. It took hours just to fill one-fourth of it, and water coming out was not hot enough. And even if it were hot enough, the hours that it will take to fill the tub would eventually make the water cold. It was too late that we realized this so we ended up not using it. There were a lot of things wrong with this tub. When you want to soak in a hot tub, it would only take a few minutes before the water turns cold, so you would want to drain some water, and refill with hot water several times. But clearly with the type of faucet they put there, that was impossible.
Another thing, when we were eating our breakfast, the owner was smoking in the next table.

TTbh$This resort is suitable for families with kids as the interior design was amazing, relaxing and warming. The room was big and clean while all the accessories were brand new and we can enjoy movie time with a big projector although my son and daughter enjoyed the swing more. We reached there at night and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The delicious breakfast was served by a friendly and sweet receptionist - 阿依. The resort also includes a reading corner on the second floor of the cafe and is suitable for those who like to take photos. Anyone who is looking for a short trip at Dagu Glacier, can consider this resort, it's worth it.

We booked for 3 rooms with twin bed, once arrived the hotel, the receptionist greeted us with Thai word “Sawasdee krab” that was so kind and touched our mind. He provided us more information with Thai translation and made us more understanding.
The room was clean, big size high ceiling and well prepared. There was electricity blankets provided so we all slept well and charged the energy for the next day.
It was nice to have a chance to stay in this lovely hotel!!!

GGuest UserOh my gosh! This time, I went to the ancient glacier with my friends and booked this guesthouse. It had a strong ******* style, was clean and tidy with no unpleasant smells, and the common area was perfect for drinking tea and chatting. The location was great, making it easy to find and get around. It was great value for money, and we had a very comfortable stay. The owner was very welcoming. It was a very satisfying stay, and I'll definitely choose this place again if I have the chance to visit again! 👍👍👍

GGuest UserComfortable and cozy room with Japanese-style decorations. I especially love the heated bed topper. The hotel staff, which we think is also the owner, is really nice and friendly. It is a little far from Heishui downtown, but there was nothing to do in town at night anyway, so no issue there. Having said that the hotel is not close to Heishui city, the staff offered to bring us dinner, so eating was not an issue.
The hotel is located close to Dagu Glacier with around 5-min taxi ride.

NnalzanarmiThis place is a one of a kind stay, if you've never been to China, this stay will put you in awe. This stay is more if a homestay owned by families. Rich with ******* heritage and hospitality. We were quite surprised that they said to just go upstairs and choose any room we liked 🤣. We really enjoyed our stay although the amenities were quite lacking but just enough. At night we were asking the owner if there is any nearby convenience store to buy some snacks but all stores were closed at the time. But the very kind uncle (owner) invited us to walk with him to his friend's store in the village. The store was closed but he called his friend to open the shop just for us ♥️. Overall a once in a lifetime memorable experience. 👍

GGuest UserThe room is very spacious, clean, and comfy. This is the only hotel I found during my entire trip that has a bidet. The thing I appreciate the most is the service. The staff there were extremely welcoming and warm; they even offered us fruits and candies. When the kettle had a problem, they delivered a new one along with a bunch of water bottles without us even asking for it. I truly appreciate everything about this hotel.
When I left my belongings behind, they immediately contacted me through WeChat and offered to send my items via SF Express. Even until the very end, they continued to provide 100% service. I’ve never written such a long review before, but this time I felt it was totally worth it. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel if I visit 黑水 again.

GGuest UserTraveling solo to Dagu Glacier, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and even invited me to try some yak jerky. The room was exceptionally clean, and after I booked, they had already turned on the air conditioning and floor heating, making it super cozy. I drive an electric car, and there's a charging station less than 20 meters from the entrance, which is incredibly convenient for long-distance electric vehicle trips.

MM532997****The room was clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The underfloor heating in the room kept it nice and warm, and there was plenty of space. Parking was convenient, and downstairs there were restaurants with fresh ingredients, delicious food, and reasonable prices. I'll definitely be back again.
