"When i arrived I was not expecting such a big lobby. Location is great with small restaurants and convenience stores around. Staff is friendly and helpful. I booked my car to airport through them and it was cheaper than taxi (tip: pay in cash to save 10% service fee), and it was a huge van all for myself. Breakfast buffet is a bit disappointing but still ok for the room price. Only downside is that no amenities available, which is the legal norm in Taiwan. So be aware to bring toothbrush and toothpaste as well as anything else you need. If you don't, no worries, can buy at the 7/11 or the other convenience store down the road. Overall, quite a pleasant experience and will definitely book there again in my next Hsinchu trip."

"This hotel in Hsinchu is a bit older, but its location is excellent. It's just a 10-minute walk to the train station or the Chenghuang Temple commercial area. The windowless rooms on lower floors are a great value for money option for business travelers or backpackers. The rooms generally offer a good level of cleanliness and practicality. The service is also quite good, making it a suitable choice for out-of-towners or foreigners who are unfamiliar with Hsinchu."

"The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the bathroom even featured a bidet toilet seat, which was a pleasant surprise! There was also a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. On the ground floor, complimentary essential oils and bath salts were available for guests to take back to their rooms. The top floor offered washing machines (with detergent provided) and dryers. And the breakfast spread was quite good!"

"Decent room and bathroom Breakfast is not great but not terrible The receptionist speaks English well When I entered the room, AC was turned off, so I waited for 10mins for my room to get comfortably cool"

"The hotel is conveniently located near Hsinchu Train Station and Hsinchu Chenghuang Temple, with plenty of great food options nearby. The only minor drawback was that early check-in wasn't possible. The hotel is quite spacious and provides a common lounge area for guests to relax. Luggage storage is also available. The front desk staff were very friendly!"

"The location of the accommodation is very close to the lively Chenghuang Temple and Dongmen Market. You can take a stroll for supper in the evening, and there are convenience stores next to the hotel. The service staff is very friendly, everyone has a smile on their face, and the facilities are very clean. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very dense, but the tourists who come to stay do not make any noise at night, so it is a great stay experience"

"The room is very clean and quiet. The bathroom, however, is a bit dated and has limited space for ”ladies' toiletries and makeup.” The sink area is small, so you may need to place your items outside the bathroom. They use an old-fashioned shower curtain to prevent water from splashing around the bathroom, which I haven't seen in a while. Aside from the bathroom, I have no complaints about the overall experience."

"Pros: Breakfast is perfect, very good combination of western and *********. Location is perfect if you are visiting Jiao Tong University and Tsinghua University. Only a couple of bus stops. Very authentic local restaurants around. Employees are willing to help. Free soda in the fridge, decent gym. Good balcony view in certain rooms. Cons: My room was clean but shower head was loose, although I was able to fix it myself, it made the bathroom a chaos. Shampoo and bodywash are not good considering it's a 4-star. Electronic bidet that cleans you but doesn't dry you out... public baths could be a good place to relax, but it only open 4-10pm, which is not friendly to travellers who only stay for the night."
