FFreelaxStayed one night. As it’s a pretty new hotel, the hotel room amenities are very new. We checked in late. Although it’s self check in, the staff is very helpful and very obliging. The room has got shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Personally, I quite fussy but I like their products. They also provide toothbrushes and toothpastes etc. They give 2 bottles of drinking water. They gave humidifier in each room. There is bath tub and standing shower. The hotel is located in the industry area but they are quite near to Hsinchu HSR. If I would travel to Hsinchu, I will stay again.

GGuest UserThe hotel location is convenient, near the train station, malls, parks and zoo. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is great. Would love to go back again.

GGuest UserThis stay was a great experience. There is a large bathtub where you can take a bath together, and the bed and sofa are both large and comfortable. The most important thing is that the floor is carpeted which is a plus ❤️!
The breakfast counter will ask us to choose one first and hang it at our door the next morning, which is very considerate!

MMiki_0921Very nice hotel, old but gold. 😍 the staffs are very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is great. Near mrt station and other tourist attraction. We will definitely check in again in this hotel soon. 🤗

GGuest UserThe bus is very convenient on the street downstairs. The train station is also close at hand, great, less than 100 meters from the moat, Dongmen City, it is really the preferred hotel for tourism.

這個詢問相當貼心
晚上回房間時已更換成新的蓮蓬頭
浴室的門是電動門
按鍵並不是很精準
浴室內牆上的電視控制按鍵故障
無法調整音量與選台
早餐選擇多樣
送餐也準時
下次若再來新竹辦事
還是會選擇入住
但若是有攜伴
可能會選擇設備更好的住宿選項

GGuest UserThe front desk service was excellent! Very welcoming. Cleanliness was good, but the toilet had to be flushed quite hard. It looked like an older building that had been renovated. There are many attractions and restaurants nearby.

XXilinnnnSimple Breakfast buffet , free laundry, excellent location , great shower pressure, can’t complain much with this price. If I have to say, the room is a little dusty but not too bad tbh. Facilities are old, but one night stay was fine.
