"This hotel is quite good and offers excellent value for money. The location is superb; you can walk to major attractions like Jokhang Temple and Potala Palace. The hotel service is outstanding. The highlight is definitely the panoramic restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast while watching the Potala Palace gradually light up with the morning sun—it's a truly wonderful experience. I'll definitely consider staying here again on future visits."

"Service: The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. We had booked a twin room, but she proactively upgraded us to a family suite! The room was spacious and decorated with unique ethnic characteristics. Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, even including a medical oxygen concentrator! They also provide nasal cannulas. Everything you could possibly need is available. Environment: Excellent, and the soundproofing is good! There's also a Nepalese restaurant on the top floor of the hotel that many locals frequent, and hotel guests even get a discount! The hotel's location is also superb; it's only about a ten-minute walk to Jokhang Temple (at a leisurely pace, typical for Lhasa) and very close to the bus stop. There's also a delicious cold noodle shop right next to the hotel downstairs! I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Lhasa!"

"One of the best stayings in my 10 days trip in Tibet! Staff greets us with a warm ******* Herbal Tea with a welcoming scarf and warm towels to warm us up. Friendly staff was helpful and efficient during check in. Room was spacious and clean. More than enough quality amenities were supplied. Comfortable bed for good sleep and most importantly sufficient and steady oxygen can be supplied by the hotel. Humidifier was also one of the best we encountered throughout the whole trip. Absolutely loving the traditional Chinese style room and hotel design that doesn't look old school but authentic. Convenient location where accessible to everywhere! Highly recommend!!"

"Location: It's super close to Jokhang Temple, and there's a popular ******* hotpot restaurant and a night market nearby – so convenient! Service: Excellent! The cleaning lady was very enthusiastic every day! The owner was also very kind! And there's a cute, very well-behaved big dog! (Once, when I mailed something, the delivery guy sent it to the wrong hotel, and the owner enthusiastically helped me find the package! So grateful!) Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy! I stayed for 5 consecutive days and was happy every single day! I had a wonderful vacation! Highly, highly recommend!"

"Our butler, Alan, provided excellent service. The hotel's location is generally good, and some room types even offer views of the Potala Palace. They provide complimentary fruit and yogurt, and there's a turndown service where they make the bed and arrange your shoes. The front desk staff are all very handsome and beautiful, and incredibly friendly. Breakfast was also fantastic. Very satisfied!"

"Looking at the decor, you can tell it must have been beautiful when it was first built, with distinct ******* characteristics. It basically has all the facilities and services a five-star hotel should offer. However, the problem is that after so many years, the facilities are just too old. The cabinet doors don't close properly, the seating cushions are heavily worn, the old-fashioned toilet is very difficult to use, and the glass is foggy – I'm not sure if it's dirty or just aged. I chose a room with a Potala Palace view, but the cloudy glass really spoiled the experience. There were even leftover toenails from previous guests on the carpet, which was quite disgusting. I also have to mention the mini-bar. There were only 6 cans of Coke and Sprite, with no price tags. I assumed they were complimentary, but when I asked, they were 18 yuan each. Seriously, I've stayed in many five-star hotels. If a mini-bar is going to charge, please at least stock it with sparkling water, orange juice, and beer (if not wine or sparkling wine) to look more professional. If you only have these few bottles, either be generous and offer them for free, or just remove them. The current approach feels a bit cheap. Overall, this hotel definitely needs a renovation."

"This was my first time in Lhasa, and when I was booking a hotel, I was immediately drawn to Fanlian's decor. The aromatherapy inside the hotel was very pleasant, and the interior design was exactly my style. Being welcomed with a Hada (******* ceremonial scarf) and hot tea made me feel right at home instantly. The hotel offers many experiential activities like yoga, ******* incense making, and meditation. The room was very comfortable, equipped with a humidifier and diffused oxygen. The warm porridge provided nightly in a thermos was a lovely touch. I've already recommended it to friends planning a trip to Lhasa. Each room also comes with a dedicated butler who is attentive and meticulous, answering any questions promptly. This was a very satisfying stay."

"Tangka Hotel is directly across from the Jokhang Temple entrance, and there's a shopping mall downstairs! It has everything you need for dining, sightseeing, and shopping. We originally planned to try various hotels, but once we got here, we didn't want to leave. First, let's talk about breakfast. It was delicious. ******* food isn't always particularly suited to Han Chinese tastes, but this hotel's offerings were perfectly suited to our tastes, with some ******* touches. After a leisurely breakfast, we walked downstairs and arrived at the Jokhang Temple security checkpoint. From there, we could explore the surrounding Barkhor Street area! Now, let's talk about shopping. Downstairs, there's a shopping mall where you can buy everything you need, including local specialties. This street is the busiest of all. And how much further is a little further? There's Lhasa, a city that never sleeps. In Lhasa, you can enjoy a snack or a small bar in the evening. Let's talk about the main attractions. In fact, it doesn't take long to walk forward and you can see the night view of the Potala Palace, so it is very comfortable here, which is why we always choose here. There will be pick-up and drop-off services when you come and leave. The stay is also very comfortable and the environment is good. I will book again next time."

"The Tibetan-style homestay is antique and the overall style pays attention to details. The murals and small ornaments reflect the ******* style everywhere. I love it. There is also a small surprise, that is, there is Nepalese food. The chef 👨🏻🍳 is Nepalese. The special feeling is that every service staff is enthusiastic and greets actively.
