"The hotel boasts beautiful surroundings and a tasteful design, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Every floor features a terrace, and the ground floor has a charming little garden right by the stream. Early mornings are often graced with picturesque mountain mist. An elevator makes it convenient for seniors. The breakfast is quite good, though dining options in the immediate vicinity are unfortunately scarce. The rooms are fully equipped. One drawback, however, was that the toilet in our room was prone to clogging and could use some improvement. All in all, it's a wonderful destination for a relaxing getaway."

"Here's my genuine review for fellow travelers considering this place: First off, the room size was very spacious, which was perfect for a family trip. We had a lot of luggage, and there was plenty of space to put everything. The kids also had room to run around. Secondly, the hotel's own restaurant serves really good dinner. There's no need to go out looking for food. We ordered a large beef hotpot, a stir-fry, and a dry pot dish for 6 adults and 4 children. We had a little bit of food left over, and the total cost was around 470-480, which was very reasonable. Then, the hotel's location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk to the scenic area entrance. It also has charging piles. It makes perfect sense to check into the hotel first, park your car, and then walk to the scenic area. Finally, a few minor drawbacks and suggestions. The cleanliness, especially in the details, still has some room for improvement compared to some brand-name hotels. For example, there was some dust on the window sills and light switches. Also, I'd suggest adding an absorbent floor mat near the sink. After washing up, a lot of water splashes onto the floor, making it quite wet. The default number of hangers provided is two; it would be helpful to proactively add two more. All in all, this hotel is definitely worth choosing. (If there's no traffic jam, a round trip to Bipenggou can actually be done quite easily in one day.)"

"Facilities: Very new, and the room's decor really matches my aesthetic, haha. Plus, there's a water dispenser, so you can get warm water, which is a big plus. Currently, the hot springs have three indoor pools open. When we went at 8 PM, it was great, not many people, and very relaxing. Environment: It's right in the middle of the valley. Our room faced the street, but it was actually fine; there weren't many cars at night, so it was pretty quiet. It's about a kilometer to the scenic area's center, which is quite close. Hygiene: Very clean, nothing to complain about. Service: The service was very good. They even deliver warm milk at night. However, breakfast was just okay; the variety wasn't extensive, and the dumplings I had were a bit cold."

"The hotel is located right near the scenic area entrance, within walking distance. The front desk staff, especially the lady who helped us, deserves praise. We arrived quite late and there were no parking spaces, but she patiently guided us to find one. The room with underfloor heating was quite nice. The only slightly annoying thing was the motion-sensor light in the room. Because it was a tatami-style room, the sensor light was too close to the head of the bed. If your blanket or hand moved even slightly, it would light up. 😂😂😂 Overall, it was still good 👍"

"To experience the fairyland of Bipenggou, you have to go early. We entered the scenic area at 7 AM. As the shuttle bus drove uphill, the fog outside the window grew thicker and thicker, hiding the forests and meadows. All that remained was the bus headlights cutting a path through the white expanse. We got off at Shanghai Lake, and the fog swirled around our feet, making it feel like we were walking on clouds. Reaching out, I only felt the damp, cool air. After waiting for half an hour, the sun slowly crept over the mountaintop, and the fog began to dissipate—first revealing the treetops, then the meadows, and finally, the snow-capped peaks emerged from the fog like giants waking up. The mist flowed down the valley, turning the lake water milky white as it passed over, and smoke curled from the distant wooden cabins. Even time itself seemed to slow down. If you love tranquility, you absolutely must come early to Bipenggou to watch the fog rise and fall, like a silent magic show."

"This is a great hotel for self-driving trips, with a spacious parking lot. After parking the car at the hotel, you can then enter the scenic area, which not only saves on parking fees but also isn't much further than walking from the official parking lot. Dinner at the hotel's downstairs restaurant was delicious and hearty. Breakfast was exquisite and tasty."

At night, looking up from the outdoor area, you're greeted by a sky full of stars, creating an incredibly atmospheric experience. I've already recommended it to all my friends heading to Western Sichuan. I will definitely be returning to Bipenggou for a second stay – it's a sure bet, no regrets!"

I also felt very safe during my stay. There is a delicious Sichuan-style restaurant located near the hotel, which made dining very convenient. One of my favorite parts of the hotel is the hot spring area. It feels quite private and is perfect for relaxing after a long day. The 24-hour laundry facilities were also very convenient. Overall, I was truly impressed and will definitely recommend this place to my friends. "Solo trip to Bipenggou, and choosing this place made me feel incredibly safe! They have a 24-hour front desk and free parking. The room's soundproofing was so good I couldn't hear a thing, slept straight through until morning. The hygiene was so spotless I could walk barefoot. Breakfast was a buffet, and the soy milk was especially delicious. It's so close to the scenic area that there's no need to rush in the morning. The front desk service was excellent, patiently answering all our questions and incredibly accommodating – it was truly heartwarming!"
