"I was really looking forward to a beautiful New Year's Eve celebration. Since I had a child with me and couldn't stay up until midnight, I booked a fireworks view room at the Fuli Ocean World Hyatt Hotel a month in advance, based on last year's New Year's Eve information from Xiaohongshu. I wanted to have a drink on the balcony and count down together. Well, it was a total bust. After enjoying the buffet dinner at the hotel (the buffet was actually quite good), I ordered a bottle of wine early, put the kid to sleep, and waited for the fireworks on the balcony, since it was a fireworks view room after all. But it was a disaster. The main fireworks display area had been moved to my left rear, completely out of sight. I could only see some minor fireworks going off. I basically just listened to the sounds all night, and my mood was far from good. When I bought the wine, I even asked the staff, and they all said that as long as I could see the Ferris wheel, I'd see the fireworks. They probably didn't even know the launch location had changed. I've never been to Ocean World before, and all my information came from online searches. I thought by spending a bit more on a better room, I could enjoy all the scenery from my balcony without leaving. Instead, it was just so awkward. It's not so much about the money, but more that I spent the money and didn't get the service I expected."

"I stayed for four consecutive days, and the rainforest hot springs were an amazing experience. There are over a dozen different natural hot spring pools, each with its own unique charm. The hotel service was also good, and overall, it offers great value for money. I would definitely consider staying at this Hilton again for future vacations in Sanya."

From check-in to check-out, the staff is not only friendly, especially the front desk staff Justin Xiaocai, who provides very good service from check-in to check-out, very thoughtful reminders, and very helpful. When I met me during the store, I would greet me warmly and provide guests with many practical suggestions and help. This kind of thoughtful service makes people feel warm, as if they are back home. The only thing is that the restaurant is a bit lacking. There are flies in the restaurant and the food is slow to be added. I hope it can be improved. I will come again next time. "I absolutely loved this hotel! The environment, facilities, and service were all fantastic. It's perfect for families with kids, as the hotel offers many activities for children, including go-karting, rock climbing, a bubble pool, and a large playground. Staying at the hotel was never boring, especially for the kids. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to Fenjiezhou Island, which is perfect for a day trip. It's definitely worth staying at. The hotel even included a complimentary travel photography experience, with family outfits provided free of charge. We had a wonderful time here! The manager was very helpful and patient in assisting customers with any issues. It would have been ideal if the hotel had offered a ride-hailing service, as the hotel doesn't provide one."

"This is hands down my favorite hidden gem hotel in all of Hainan, no contest. Every time I visit, I'm reminded of how perfect it is for a getaway. There are no flashy activities, just a tranquil, private, and elegant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and airy, with lush greenery providing cover both front and back. The gardens are breathtaking, and the beach is beautiful and clear. Most importantly, the hotel's management is exceptional. Every room has its own pool and hot tub, which are cleaned and refilled for each guest, ensuring impeccable hygiene. Their attention to detail in service truly permeates every aspect, from the front desk to housekeeping. Even late at night, if you need anything at all, they will immediately fulfill your request and bring it directly to your room. This level of service deeply impressed me and is unmatched by any other hotel. I can honestly say this is the best value-for-money hotel I've ever stayed at, and my favorite in the entire country. I hope the hotel continues to thrive and gain even more recognition!"

"I spotted this hotel on Ctrip's rankings, drawn in by its incredible value for money. I booked it without a second thought, and my stay truly exceeded expectations. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful; it's a tranquil villa complex featuring a central swimming pool surrounded by lush, dense coconut groves. They offered convenient shuttle service for both arrival and departure, and even helped with our luggage. The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful. Guests can rent bikes or scooters directly from the front desk, which is not only fantastic value but also super convenient for exploring Shenzhou Peninsula and Shimei Bay. I even accidentally lost the key to our rented scooter, but they handled the situation smoothly and professionally. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended! "The room was spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows were absolutely perfect, offering stunning ocean views right from the comfort of my seat. Just across the road from the complex, you'll find the beach. Unlike Sanya, this area is much quieter and less bustling; in the evenings, there were only a few scattered people strolling and collecting shells on the beach. There's a seafood noodle shop at Qingshuiwan Food Street that serves an incredible 'zaopo cu' (sour fermented grain vinegar) seafood noodle soup – it was even better than any I'd had in Sanya! The owner mentioned they make their own 'zaopo cu', so it's definitely a must-try if you have the time."

"Bringing a child, Xiao Liang at the front desk helped upgrade the room. The service was very good. The hotel room was large, the bathroom was spacious, and the balcony was convenient for hanging clothes, but it was still not dry without dehydration overnight. It is recommended to equip it with a self-service laundry room. The hotel is a little far from the beach on foot, so it is not suitable for multiple round trips every day. There are many water activities on the beach. It is not as quiet as imagined, especially for wedding photos. The scenery is left with petals all over the ground, which is quite annoying. After the tide receded at night, I went to the beach to catch crabs the size of fingertips, and nothing else. The next day, I made an appointment to learn surfing through the promotional board at the pool bar. It seemed to be an external cooperation of the hotel. It was 300 per person for 1 to 2. The price was moderate, and the coach was also more serious. Unfortunately, the waves in Qingshui Bay were not big. I had to wait for a long time to catch a wave. I didn’t practice much, and it would be better in the summer. There were not many breakfast options in the hotel. I could eat enough, but there was no surprise. You can also order lunch, but you can’t deliver it to the room. The restaurant is open and air-conditioned, which is not good. It was quite hot at noon. You can take away your own food at the restaurant, and the takeaway box is charged separately, which is not like the five-star standard. There are not many takeaway options here, and you have to drive out to eat. It is enough to stay for 2 days. There was active cleaning and towel replenishment in the middle, and I was satisfied with the cleaning work."

"The good: The manager, Stanley, was very professional and ready to help when we needed it. The sea view is the best I've had in Hainan. I came to this hotel again mainly for the view. You can even hear the waves from the room and see the stars at night. Many people complain about the breakfast in the comment section, but it's not bad at all. There's different kinds of fruit, bread, coffee, eggs and write a few other dishes. It's definitely not five star, but my girlfriend and I (she's Chinese and I'm Canadian) enjoyed a long breakfast every morning. There's barely ever anybody on the beach and it's okay to go for dip in the sea, but you're technically not supposed to swim in it. There's a an area about 700 meters from the hotel where you can find different restaurants. The pool is very nice but isn't heated. You can easily get around just walking, renting the electric bikes and calling a taxi to get to some hiking spots. We didn't find it necessary to rent a car despite being remote. The bad: You are technically not supposed to swim in the sea. The pool is too cold to comfortably swim in when the weather is not hot. The cleaning service does just an okay job on cleaning the room. There's no really good restaurants around that we could find. Although I find this to be a problem in most areas of Hainan. There is no real variation of food. There's no breathing in the rooms. Bring snacks because it's hard to find food in the afternoon unless you order from the town, but then you have to wait for it to arrive and the options are limited. There is a gym but with limited equipment. "
