"The hotel was aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained, with good services including breakfast and complimentary snacks. Staff were extremely helpful and polite, and a member of staff was on hand at reception to check me in even though I arrived late in the evening. My room was huge and amazing value, and was set up for me beautifully. The location, while not central in Mainz, was reasonably well-connected to the city centre via public transport -- the bus stop was a ten-minute walk downhill from the hotel through very pretty neighbourhoods with regional charm."

"It is located close to Mainz Central Station, and there is a tram/bus stop right in front, so it was good for going to the Meba Arena to watch a soccer game. It is not too far to the city center, so it was good to walk. Since it is an eco-friendly hotel, the room cleaning is not done every day. I made a separate request to the hotel, and they said they would check and clean the room, so I made the request, and they did it well. Apart from the room cleaning, they provide more towels when you need them. I also stayed at the Intercity Hotel near Frankfurt Central Station, and the breakfast was better. There is no electric kettle in the room, but they will lend it to you if you ask the reception. I personally had two reservations, so I asked them to combine them, and they did it well. The only regret was that the room key malfunctioned in the middle and I could not enter the room. Overall, it was a good stay thanks to the friendly and kind staff."

"The staff were friendly and the facilities were good I was especially satisfied with the clean breakfast included in the stay The room facilities were spacious and good 2 bunk beds Out of the 4 beds, I wasn't sure if the sheets on the 2nd floor had been changed So I took one off the cleanliness I used a sticker every time to remove dust from the sheets But that bed had a lot of dust, such as white hair We were a family of 4, but we only used 3 beds The location was good because there was a large supermarket and beer house nearby It's a little far from the old town But considering the price, I'm very satisfied"
