GGuest Userexcellent hotel at a perfect location. The view on rhine river is excellent and the historic city center and Roman remains are within walking distance. The staff are friendly but some appear a bit overworked on a slightly busy day. The communication about challenges with room availability are really poor. Thus the manager may need to take the time to train some of the staff in basics required at a hotel of this level

GGuest UserModern renovated hotel near Mainzer Mainzer main train station. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds. Good renovated, everything new. Very clean. Air conditioning works. Unfortunately the whole house is bright, you hear people in the other rooms. Check in professional, may be more friendly. Internet works, but slowly.

GGuest UserFor a stay for a woman alone just a conception - into the city either by lonely, foolish, long underground or a long walk not visible between bike parking house and camps, There is no human being at night and there is not much work overnight. Evening back from the city are no more groups on the way to join. You should be at least fourth on the way to feel good.

JJIANDIANThe hotel is very quiet and safe in a residential area. The boss is very good at serving, the authentic German uncle. The room is big enough, which is rare in Europe. Warm heating is a warm and happy winter. It is about a kilometer from the city center and is within walking distance. Going to the pedestrian street, the shopping mall area is tired, eating enough to drink in the bar, then walking back, it is a wonderful memory!
