A superb low-budget hotel. The room was large, clean, modern and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide range of foods on offer. There was an arcade room with lots of toys for the kids to play with and restaurants close by for a bite to eat in the evening. The receptionist was extremely helpful and very friendly. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We slept here one night prior to a flight back home. We didn't realize they don't have a shuttle but the front desk suggested the bus as an option. (Right now you can get a month long train and bus pass in Germany for 9 Euros). The bus was a great option as we had the 9 Euro pass so the bus was free. It only takes a few minutes longer than a taxi which is 25 euro. The hotel breakfast was lovely. There are a couple nice restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the Martin's Thai. There's no bar or restaurant in this discount hotel. No A/C either. It served our needs just fine.

We visit the Restaurant many times, my Daughter got married there 2 years ago. We sat in the Beer garden, the food was absolutely stunning but most of all the service..the waiter with name Driss was such an amazing young man, he had a memory you can dream of he can keep 15 peoples order without writing it down..wow!! His service was very memorable for us, thank you very much this is rare..can highly recommend this place. We will be back for sure.

1. The first time I lived in a hotel room without air conditioning, I told me that there was no air conditioning after I lived in the waiter. At the end of June, during the summer, outside Frankfurt, the room was very stuffy, sweated immediately after the shower, the room window could not be opened, you need to go downstairs to the hall to blow the air-conditioning, and complain to the front desk that they did not pay attention. I forgot to take pictures, their curtains can not be pulled, very narrow, how to pull can not cover, the sun is very dazzling and wake up. 3. Also note that the check-out time of this hotel is 10 o'clock in the morning. It happened that I went downstairs to blow the air conditioner. The front desk told me that I was scared to check out. I checked that Trip.com really checked out at 10 o'clock in the morning. I also was the first time in my life that the check-out time was so early, I still checked in very late. 4. Ctrip has a ”shuttle airport shuttle” written on it, don't be misled by the words! I called at the airport, the hotel said that it did not provide a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, I needed to make a car appointment by myself for nearly 30 euros. The next day, there is a shuttle from the hotel to the airport, but an additional 10 euros is required (credit card is more expensive 12 euros). Other than that breakfast is free (6 to 10 o'clock), the room is clean, that is OK. This hotel is a Turkish hotel chain

Budget hotel, which doesn’t currently accept new arrivals between 2300 - 0600hrs!! Not great for a airport hotel as we arrived on a late flight and was going to be turned away at 2315hrs by staff. Thankfully we managed to convince the staff to let us in or we would have been sleeping in the car. This information about their arrival check-in times isn’t posted on their webpage or made aware when you book a room!! Disappointing indeed. Room wasn’t of a very good standard either. Bedding didn’t fit the duvet and the duvet was a disgusting yellow colour (see picture). Definitely one to mark and avoid in the future for us. I would suggest to others to seek alternative better accommodation in Frankfurt.

A very pleasant stay again: especially since rooms to the parking place in the 4th floor very quiet, so you could sleep well at open window. A pleasant air conditioning facilitated a good night rest. The seat on the entrance, very protected, allows a good switching after a long day with freshly swallowed beer. Very friendly, helpful and premature staff at both the bar and reception and at breakfast buffet gives the feeling of being appreciated and welcome; it would be unfair to highlight a person namely, Because this applies to all hits! . At the Frankfurt Airport we couldn't find online info on how to locate or pay the airport shuttle or the timetable. Infrastructure problem: Seemingly understaffed front desk as no one answered when we called from the airport. We did online registration but it was useless because we still had to register at the front desk. We signed up for breakfast on check-in but our names weren't listed the next morning. The breakfast staff had to walk to the front desk to register us as the front desk didn't answer that phone call. The breakfast buffet wasn't worth the $18 Euros. Spacious room but no internet (in the room itself) and strange thermostat; you could raise and lower the temperature but couldn't see the temperature. The rate was much higher than the Frankfurt Intercity Hotel near the train station.
