"I always felt the exhaust fan in the bathroom was making noises. Although it was very quiet, it always affected my rest. Fortunately, I was too tired, so I fell asleep while lying down. At the same time, there was a lamp in the middle of the bed, so it was easy to hit my head."
"The hotel is close to the platform Ratingen ost and the location is OK. The room size is relatively small, it is estimated that there is 5m2, no air conditioning but there is an electric fan. Self-check-in, the room is a bit old but considering the price, it is still decent"
"Great service and hospitality, especially for the night reception Mr. Sami & Mr. kaebish keaghis who works in the day sorry if i spell ur name wrong and ofcourse the housekeeping for keeping the room so clean! Definitely a recomendation for friends & family only one woman from restaurant breakfast in morning who checks in the guest and took our payme u maybe can use a smile next time!"
"The hotel was beautiful, and the location was stunning- if you like forests and nature. We arrived late at night, and the man at the reception was friendly enough, although we had difficulty communicating as we are unable to speak German, and he didn't speak much English. The lady at the reception desk in the morning didn't seem too friendly though, with not even a smile or a 'good morning'. There were no tea/coffee amenities in the room, which was disappointing as breakfast wasn't included. One of our four rooms did not have towels.
Otherwise, the rooms were large and clean."
"The well-regulated BW, except for no swimming pool. There is a big supermarket opposite the door, and you can buy everything. The tram stop is close and the commercial street is close. Parking is convenient and free. Come on."
"Temporary stay on a business trip, for a smoker, living in a room similar to the domestic basement with a patio garden is a good choice, the room and bed are small, one person can live temporarily"
"A super clean, nice place directly beside the highway. But quiet and good when you’re on a trip or want to sleep close to the airport. A good shower, lovely mattress, free bottle of water and a good parking spot!"
"Lage war gut und einfach zu finden, das Zimmer war sehr klein und hat nur ein Bett und Schreibtisch, keine Waschbecken. Für die ganze Etage war Gemeinschaftbadezimmer. Die Toiletten würde ok aber bring Disenfektionszeug mit. Im Preis Frühstuck war inklusive und war komplett in Ordnung. Die Bedienungen waren nicht Nett oder freundlich und fand ich eine Schade.
Damit besuche ich den Hotel nicht wieder. "
"The family rooms are modern and very spacious. Delicious Nespresso coffee, tea and water in the room.
Breakfast and dinner are very tasty and the buffet is very varied and very good! Small but nice wellness area with steam bath, sauna, footbath and loungers. We would come back!"
Very Good
