GGuest UserThe hotel was beautiful, and the location was stunning- if you like forests and nature. We arrived late at night, and the man at the reception was friendly enough, although we had difficulty communicating as we are unable to speak German, and he didn't speak much English. The lady at the reception desk in the morning didn't seem too friendly though, with not even a smile or a 'good morning'. There were no tea/coffee amenities in the room, which was disappointing as breakfast wasn't included. One of our four rooms did not have towels.
Otherwise, the rooms were large and clean.

GGuest UserIt was all very good. nice, service top, super friendly, clean and spacious.
It may disturb one or other that you hear the railway in the room, but that doesn't matter me, so there is no deduction from me.
If I have to go back to the region, I'll be happy to book again here.
All good for the hotel.

GGuest UserI was looking forward to the spa, but unfortunately there was no hot water. The hotel itself is very clean, and the location and transportation options are not bad. However, the amenities are lacking. For example, I don't have pajamas, and I don't have a toothbrush or toothpaste. Only towels and body soap were provided. It's a beautiful and affordable hotel, but the downside is that it looks like it has a lot of amenities.
