Es un lugar de lo más familiar. La atencón es de un nivel de educación que muchos hoteles de ”lujo” (por así decirlo) deberían intentar imitar. Nunca he recibido una habitación más limpia que en este hotel. Era llegar a la tarde noche después de un día de turismo, y daba placer entrar. Se nota el cariño al trabajo en cada detalle que tuvieron con nosotros. La buena comida y la atención en el restaurante (como les manifesté a los dueños y al equipo de cocina) son ”culpables” de unos cuantos kilos de más ;) . Sin ninguna duda volveríamos a hospedarnos. Las estrellas reales no vienen con una botella de champagne, sino con un equipo de personas que, sea la hora que sea, siempre te atiende con una sonrisa. Un verdadero gusto haber estado allí.

We had the pleasure of staying at your hotel in a Bentofail Andalusia on our way to Portugal. From booking to arrival/check-in we had the pleasure of speaking to and meeting the lovely Lucia. She couldn’t have possibly been more helpful. If I owned a hotel I would steal her! The hotel is beautiful with tastefully designed and furnished rooms, in the heart of the old town, absolutely splendid. We had dinner in the restaurant, which was really very good and again the staff were welcoming. Because of the size of our car, it wouldn’t fit into the garage and so we parked maybe 100 yards away in a quiet street. The following morning when we had checked out and returned to the car with our luggage, we found we had a flat tyre. We returned to the hotel and the lovely Lucia, who was thankfully still on duty, found us a local garage to try to repair the puncture. Within 10 to 15 minutes the garage arrived and looked at the car tyre and advised it really needed to be replaced but because of the size of the car that it wasn’t a normal size, so if we wanted a new one, which is what he suggested he wouldn’t be able to help us because he wouldn’t be able to have one delivered within the next 48 hours. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the time to wait and so the mechanic set about fixing the tyre, re filling it and advised that we regularly check the pressure along the way and have it changed as soon as possible. If you’re travelling and need a wonderful hotel to stay this is it … and very good value … please say hello to Lucia from us.

The following morning when we had checked out and returned to the car with our luggage, we found we had a flat tyre. We returned to the hotel and the lovely Lucia, who was thankfully still on duty, found us a local garage to try to repair the puncture. Within 10 to 15 minutes the garage arrived and looked at the car tyre and advised it really needed to be replaced but because of the size of the car that it wasn’t a normal size, so if we wanted a new one, which is what he suggested he wouldn’t be able to help us because he wouldn’t be able to have one delivered within the next 48 hours. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the time to wait and so the mechanic set about fixing the tyre, re filling it and advised that we regularly check the pressure along the way and have it changed as soon as possible. If you’re travelling and need a wonderful hotel to stay this is it … and very good value … please say hello to Lucia from us.

GGuest UserEs un lugar de lo más familiar. La atencón es de un nivel de educación que muchos hoteles de ”lujo” (por así decirlo) deberían intentar imitar. Nunca he recibido una habitación más limpia que en este hotel. Era llegar a la tarde noche después de un día de turismo, y daba placer entrar. Se nota el cariño al trabajo en cada detalle que tuvieron con nosotros. La buena comida y la atención en el restaurante (como les manifesté a los dueños y al equipo de cocina) son ”culpables” de unos cuantos kilos de más ;) . Sin ninguna duda volveríamos a hospedarnos. Las estrellas reales no vienen con una botella de champagne, sino con un equipo de personas que, sea la hora que sea, siempre te atiende con una sonrisa. Un verdadero gusto haber estado allí.

Autovía hacia Murcia, pasado Baza vimos area de servicio con gasolinera, pensión, hotel y con restaurante. Entramos en este último a tomar algo y finalizamos comiéndonos un buen menú! Buena experiencia y amabilidad por parte de las señoras que nos atendieron
