TCH is a hotel located in a industrial polygon in Lorquí, before reaching the village, about 15 minutes from Murcia capital. The hotel has a variety of things to emphasize: it offers free parking. The room is comfortable and spacious enough for a stay of several days (as was my case). The hotel is a very good hotel and is very good for the staff to be careful and serviceable. And although it's something smaller than the buffet of other hotels, it's certainly enough, because it has different bread options to make you varied toasts, with cheese, jam, inputs, butter etc, with juices, coffee, Fruit, cooking, etc. I would like you to have eggs broken (yes it has cooked eggs), which is the only thing I missed, because it is what I usually breakfast when I stay in hotels; but as it is, it is more than enough. The hotel restaurant has made me a grateful surprise, because with a cheap menu, they offer quality dishes, which you are grateful when you have to dine outside home. good service.

The location is located outside the Thader shopping centre. The comfortable and comfortable bed. Very good cleaning. We have provided extra couchs and easy parking without having to use pay parking . and bowling next door

Hotel with great value for money It is not central so tram, bike or car will be essential. Clean hotel with everything you need and where everything works. To say that this hotel was disappointing is an understatement. We arrived at around 10:45 pm on June 5th. When we arrived, we asked if there were any places open to eat. They informed us that their restaurant closed in 15 minutes, so they couldn’t help us. We asked if they could recommend someplace to which they responded that we could walk 20 minutes “that way” and maybe something would be open. No offer of calling a taxi, nothing. We were underwhelmed with the staff already, but when the elevator door opened, we were hit with a smell that I can only describe as dirty gym socks. Then we opened our room. The ever present odor remained, but we were greeted with a whole new set of issues. It was hot, and there was no way to regulate the air. There was a poorly patched hole on the wall inside the door with some brown substance smeared/dripped down the wall. The curtain was shredded as if a cat had been hanging from it. There were broken tiles in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken (when you sat on it, it slid to the right). One tile was so loose next to the bathroom door that my husband almost lost his balance. Mirrors were dirty. There were lipstick prints on the windows. One of the most disturbing things was that when I picked up the hairdryer, it was sticky. So gross. So, the next morning, we got up to get breakfast only to find out there was no breakfast menu. Also, no lunch menu. So, we did have a tea and a croissant while we watched the kids at the daycare that functions outside of the hotel interact. That was the best part of the experience. During breakfast, we booked another hotel in town. We left for the day. We stopped by and checked into our new hotel which is lovely. We returned to Sercotel to retrieve our bags and check out. So, we paid for four nights in advance. We stayed one; that’s how bad this place is. Also, to add insult to insult, when we checked out, they tried to charge us $44. I told them that we paid in full in advance. The clerk suggested that maybe we had dinner!!!!! NOPE!!! In the end, they couldn’t explain the $44 charge and told us we didn’t have to pay it. Gee. Thanks for not charging us money that we didn’t owe you. Do yourself a favor. Never. Ever. Book. Here.

Hotel bueno para pasar una o dos noches. Nosotros hemos estado en dos ocasiones, para hacer una noche de paso. Tengo que decir que esta última vez, lo he visto más descuidado,sobretodo las zonas comunes, pasillos, ascensores, escaleras, todo muy sucio. Por suerte tanto la habitación, como la cafetería estaban limpias.

I chose this hotel for one night stay because the price is attractive to me.If the same hotel in Shanghai,the price will be at least EURO200.The breakfast is so plenty.There are two coffee machines with many kinds of coffee capsules.It took me 15minutes waking to the city centre & also main shopping mall.It's really a good hotel.I'll stay this hotel again while I visit Murcia again.

Nicely located City hotel, walking distance from the Centre. Firmly 'Budget' style in terms of decor and facilities, but it is clean and has all the essentials. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good breakfase, and passable restaurant for other meals, though there are many other options in the local area to be tried too. Would recommend for a short 'no frills' city stay.

Hemos estado alojados el puente de la Inmaculada y ha sido un gran descubrimiento para nosotros. Es un hotel reformado recientemente. Tiene unas instalaciones muy buenas, las habitaciones muy cómodas, todo muy limpio y el personal muy amable y simpático. Tiene una muy buena relación calidad/precio. Repetiremos.

Great hotel very central with car parking . Excellent staff especially Antonio very helpful and indeed bar staff . Reasonably priced including bar food. Not a high rise hotel and in a great location. Cleaning staff excellent with room serviced to perfection.
