LA PEOR NOCHE QUE HE VIVIDO. Luego de 48 horas viajando solo quería llegar a un hotel y pasar una buena noche, lo primero que encuentro no hay recepción, ok no hay problema, llego a la habitación y que sorpresa la habitación tenia una temperatura de casi 28 c. Traté de encender el aire acondicionado y este no funcionó, trate de abrir las ventanas pero estas estaban bloqueadas, trate de ponerme en contacto con el hotel, pero no fue posible porque ellos solo atienden hasta las 11 pm y yo había llegado casi 12 am. Me comunique con hotel y ohh sorpresa la respuesta en este momento no podemos hacer nada, y vamos a darle 25 usd por el problema que presenta, como si yo estuviera buscando ganar dinero con la situación lo único que quiero es que esto no pase más, cada día los hoteles quieren ganar más plata dejando tirado el cliente u sin importar las condiciones por las que este pasando dentro del hotel. El hotel HOTEL URBAN TRES CANTOS UBICADO EN NADRID Un desastre, totalmente abusivos con esto que hicieron conmigo, debieron cambiarme de habitación o simplemente permitir cancelar para yo tomar otro hotel. Llevo 56 horas sin dormir, con un calor absurdo. Y un comportamiento abusivo tanto del hotel cómo de la plataforma HOTEL

The room is giant but no boiler, nor courtesy plate . Bathroom with bathroom with a grinding (very noisy because I think old enough) Couch bed in the room (express system) but unfortunately there must be attempts to open the old so no cushion was correctly put (of the coup, The room was very comfortable and was very good. It remains a very good price quality ratio, but you must certainly fall on the ”good” room.

I was delighted with my stay at this hotel.
The hotel is practically new, everything is very clean, in a very quiet area, you can breathe peace and quiet.
It has a very nice little terrace outside to have a coffee or just get some fresh air.
Very spacious and comfortable rooms.
One detail worth mentioning that makes a certain difference is the availability of water/coffee machines and some other variety of drinks, free during the stay.
I have nothing negative to comment on.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Remote urban hotel in northern Madrid. Staff not helpful, did not appear to be happy dealing with customers, like they were an inconvenience. No kettle in room as they have a coffee shop which is never open. Internal noise from other rooms was a problem, sound proofing is terrible. Also bin lorry comes around midnight, right outside our window.

Not because they made it very easy for me, quite the opposite, but because of the high quality of the teachers (and the students, of course). Very nice and clean, parking is also very convenient, seven euros a day. There is a restaurant next to it, the taste is not bad. You can have a good Spanish meal.
